Account disabled
When logging in the following message appears: "This account has been disabled for security reasons because the account was inactive. Please create a new account. (6-2) "
I was, indeed, lately inactive with this service. But without sending any warning about a possible disability and keeping the money on the account I find very unfair and unfriendly. But what are the security reasons for disability of my account?
In the website of this service it is not possible to get in contact with the provider, the tag "Contact" is although there but inactive: clicking on it nothing happens. The contact is simply unreachable.
What can I do i.o.t get back the deposited money?
Don't deliver Credit paid for
This company offers cheap VOIP calls. I have previous paid by credit card and got my credit correctly but last time I followed the procedure for buying through money transfer. Its now 22 days since I order and paid 100 EURO + Fees and I have recived nothing from them. After are cumbersom seaqrch on there website I finally found a payment enqury submission (Online form) which I filled in after 14 Days waiting. Now another week has gone and nothing heard. Also the company has no contact email no phone to call... seems like they are scam.
They stole (Actionvoip)200 euro from my credit card until I blocked my card

I have a problem with actionvoip id : jhonefiroji, i cant able to log on in software and website both . i don't no also what is problem with my id . I sent every day massage to actionvoip customer service, but i got only auto reply from actionvoip website. my last logon date on 05/08/2012 that day is working fine. from 06/08/2012 i cant able to log on my id .

i downloaded the action voip not able to log in
when i tried to log in it is saying that connecting but not connecting

Hi my action voip user name is shajuchandran17 snd the problem is when I call from my 3g it says service is temporaly unavailable and when I diagnosis I can see a error in communication signalling session pls help me solving this issue, facing this problem from past 4 days.

Couldn't register the account
I tried downloading the client application from the given url http://www.actionvoip.com
After downloading the client, when I am registering, it is not allowing to register the user name.
After entering the User Name, Password and other required information,
When I am pressing ok button, I am getting the below error message
"Sorry, due to an unknown error your registration request was denied".
I tired several times, I am getting the same error.
I have also look for the contact email id from the web site. But couldn’t found that.
Please help in resolving the problem.

I downloaded the actionvoip software from actionvoip site. Installation was successful.
But then I tried to register but I get the message "Connection Failure. Please check your fire wall settings"
Actually the fire wall settings are already turned off. Infact Yahoo/ Skype etc works fine.
