Beach Ready, LLC They keep shipping splendyr anti-aging mask

Keep sending weekly after ordering only one and it continues to ship and charged to my credit card. When I call numbers I found when I googled only music plays no answer, no message. I am returning packages and requesting once again credit and cancellation! Help please !

Music does play for awhile, but I put them on speaker, had to wait a good 15 minutes for someone to answer, but finally got someone, and I was able to cancel any future shipments...they want the samples back though, and I thought it was keep the samples even if you cancelled the automatic shipments. Regardless it will be worth it to send it back then have some crazy amount on my credit card each month...I think Dr. Oz was wrong about this one...going back to Botox - cheaper in the long run!

I tried a trial of colin cleanse but am Diabetic and it is very dangerous. I am on a repeat order system apparently because I have received a new shipment withouT a second order. HOW DO I GE T OUT OF THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS?

Canceled their service prior to the 14 day trial period, yet they have continued to charge my CC and ship a unwanted product to me. I have written "Refused" on the producd package and returned it through USPS..

I am in the same boat! I fell for the scam also... hook, line and sinker. How do I go about contacting them or do I just have to cancel my credit card?

I have canceled my order 3 months ago and levela is still unathorizing charges, I am going to talk to an attoney about charges without my concent..

I would think that the way this company does business would be against the law. I had no idea when I accepted the trial that I would be on a every month or 60 days mailing of the product. I would like to cancel right now and keep the bottle of Levala even if it were to cost me. Do not want to send it back as I am too busy running my company to run to the post office with each product that I don't want. Please help! customer phone # to cancel please.

I was scammed by Beach Ready LLC, Levela and Derma Pure skin cream. They both offer "free trials" for A small S&H fee. Dermapure website led me to Levela. They're connected. I recieved one bottle of "free sample" each. No further shipments have been made to me, I did not auhorize to be auto billed- shipped. Each Co. charged me twice, full price on09/04/2012 and then again on10/22/2012 and 10/23/2012. That's a total of $555.30 for two "free samples". Not to mention, after I tried the free samples I began breaking out horribly, threw the samples away. Had no idea they were charging me all that money until 10/24/2012 because I didn't order or authorize it. Hope your bank isn't BofA by the way. Even after all the evidenve I submitted to them regarding other complaints, scams and fraudulent activity B of A says "We did not find any errors with these Co.s. I wouldn't be suprised if B of A owned these Co.'s themselves! Watch Out, -------- gonna hit the fan! Please help us put these companies out of business. NOW!

Beach Ready, LLC Won't cancel my free trial

I order some lotion that I was supposed to be charged 2.95. I was charged $4. I tried calling and couldn't seem to get a hold of anyone. I had a trail period and within acouple days of receiving the product I sent email to cancel, Didn't like it and they already miss c harged me. now they sent me the item again and charging me again and still can't get a hold of anyone to cancel. Ihave sent 3 emails one 6/13, 7/9 and one again today asking to not send me anything more.Company is Beach Ready, LLC PO BOx3540 Silver Springs, NV 89429. My order no is LGQ6813489. I ordered I package of this "splendyr anti-aging mask" and they keep sending me one every few weeks & if it doesn't stop, I WILL get a lawyer. VERY ANGRY! I refuse to get my credit card depleted of $89.95 each month

Was sent pills that I did not order- Talked to some guy weeks ago and told him I did not want pills and n ot to send or charge me. He very adamant in trying to sell. I told hi repeatedly not to send and I received pills today in mail. WANT STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. RETURNING PILLS I RECEIVED TODAY AND WANT FULL REFUND.

Beach Ready, LLC Beach Ready LLC

This company sent me "ColoThin", which I did not order from them. When I called, they can not find anything to cancel. The charged my account $69.95 on 2/17/11. They know nothing about it. THIS IS A SHAM. I had previously order the product from a company called 'LeanSpa' for a FREE monthly sample to try. I was charged 69.95. I canceled it prior to receiving the product. I did get credited back for what they charged for the 'FREE' stuff. I have no idea if the two companies are working together, or this second company just stole my information. I am filing charges.

I had asked for a sample product months ago, which I received and I have since then been receiving a product every month for which I am being charged -- something I never approved. Now they are charging me for an Insert which I not only never approved but also haven't received!

Grossly misleading website. Beware of "free trial" advertising. You are automatically signing up for automated charges amounting to $150 and other unsolicited products!

I ordered just the sample product about a month ago. I just received more in the mail today without ordering it. There was nothing in the fine print that said they would continue to send. I made sure I read all info. I did not authorize this and I will put a stop to it on my credit card. They have no phone number for you to reach them! Such a scam! Turning over to the BBB. Very angry. They have no right to my credit card which they kept on file I suppose! Very illegal. Do NOT buy their products!

I ordered splendyr1 and levela because of the tv offer. It arrived, it tried it, wasn't impressed and wanted to return it. However, there is no phone or email information. Before I could resolve it, another order arrived. Still no bill for the total. Next, credit card bill arrives showing almost $300 for products I do NOT want. I would ship them back but have no idea if the product would be going to the right place or if I would be refunded. Really disgusted about their poor business practices.

I applied for a trial 2 week sample, and the same for Xtreme clense by Arc Labs.

I have just been billed £98 for EACH item, and I haven't EVEN been sent the product
Please can you advise, how I can get a refund?

I only wanted the sample, instead I received 3 bottles. I am outraged, this is so unjust on so many levels, they charged me without my consent and that my friends is stealing! I will never order a diet product online again! People beware of companies like Beach Ready, LLC. We work way too hard for our money to get ripped off like this, I truly hope that The Better Business Bureau will shut companies like Beach Ready, LLC down as well as slap them with a hefty fine. ~Heather Graham~

You say it's so easy to call. or send an email. Problem being I was on the phone all morning and it was busy. Found another number and it went to a persons home. No email available. Charge card company was able to get through and cancel the charges and it was returned. Still waiting on the credit.

I did not order trislim. I only wanted sample, which I did not use because of an allergy. I will return bottles which were sent to me, DO NOT SEND ANY MORE. Credit my account.
