Credit card charges
I have been a customer for 26 years and this credit union is awful. They sent me a text on the large charge for a "yes" or "no" to authorize. I texted back shortly and same day "No". They authorized anyways for vail resorts. They have no customer service that can help you. They mess up charges all the time on my account and then they put it back on you to...

Today I went to the branch located at green valley Ranch. Denver, CO . I went to the ATM because my debit card wasn’t working and wanted to see if I can withdraw some money ,unfortunately my card got retained by the ATM . When I went in to the offices and ask for some help , the one of the branch managers was absolutely rude and disrespectful and called me “ dramatic “ . Just because I was asking what was the problem. I filled a dispute a few days ago because I lost my wallet and everything inside there. ( debit cards , credit cards, drivers license ) . And I also asked them why my dispute got denied since the transaction was clearly made by someone else ( whoever found my wallet ) . Obviously I was iota but I alway try to be very respectful. The guy was very rude . It’s absolutely ridiculous. I am supposed to be protected by my bank . Now they also told me that they won’t issue any debit card to me anymore. I’m like why ? It’s not my fault .
Desired outcome: Get my dispute money back and an apology by the guy that called me “ dramatic”
home equity loan
Do not use this credit union. Their manager at the 128 and holly branch has no clue what she is doing and gave incorrect information when closing on a loan. Their processing are not explained to you and they expect that you know what they are. This credit union is ### in my opinion, they released someone else's credit info to me with the guys SS DOB address watch your personal information if this bank has it. SCARY
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Agree, this just another greedy ### bank. They should be stripped of the "Credit Union" status so people who know to stay away from banks don't make the mistake of getting any services through them.
When I was moving I went into the Lakewood, CO Bellco to get funds off a credit card and into my other CU account. Bellco said I could use the ATM. Yeah, I waited in a long line to work with a teller just so I could get out of line and use the ATM.
I also had two auto loans, in a row, through Bellco. Got disabled. Go to Bellco. Instead of telling me that the second loan too new for Bellco to skip a payment or modify in any way, fully aware of my medical condition, Bellco has me complete a ton of paperwork and talk to a third-party financial counselor who tries to sell me a monthly subscription that I can't afford. Great counseling. Then, I wait. Then they tell me they won't do anything. All this while I'm fighting for my life. Struggle for ten months to pay them on time, every month. Let them know that the hospital bills have taken over and can't afford it. Bellco reposes a 60-day late vehicle. And, the first slap in your face is that you must contact a different department to have the vehicle repo'ed. It's a good gimmick. I didn't do it the first time and threw away 5 grand trying to keep a vehicle I couldn't even drive because of my health! Then, as another slap in the face, they send a letter saying it would be in my best interest to pay it off in full or to work something out. I tried to work something out!
Stay away from cheap-o Bellco and their inability to treat their member shareholders as humans. Credit unions are supposed to be member owned and serve their members. You won't find that here. Just a greedy bank, no different than the big banks.
Bellco made a verbal agreement with me then reneged, I'm very disappointed with Bellco
