Beyond.com Rude. . . Scam scam scam

I was going to hire this scam company and spoke to a guy named Orlando Ramos there. First, he came fof like any Car Salesman first telling me how great his company was and tried to sell my 3 months of servIce for like $1800.00! When I told him I thought is was high, that is when the negotiations started. When I hedged it brought in his supervisor to try to close the deal.

At that time, I knew something was up. The supervisor was fast and loose and when I did not sign up right away, he became nasty and rude. He then past the phone back to Orlando. Orlando then apologized and offered me what he said was a deal of a lifetime. A whopping $100.00 off!

I told him to send off some information and a contract for me review first but i needed it right away to make a decision on a marketing company. He said I would have it that day as it was still early in the day. All I gave him was my first name. What I got was just a 2-page meet and greet solicitation letter. No binding deal.

I then decided to google any bad reviews about the company and did I get my hands full. I found about 1, 000 BAD REVIEWS. mostly everyone had something similar to say about this scam of a company. Sometimes someone from Beyond stepped in somewhat rudely to defend themselves so I guess that is where the attitude comes from.

I spoke with a few people about beyond.com and they all said the same. If you are a Jew or Black, they ignore you or treat you like dirt. I was astonished to hear that but in reading the bad reviews I got a bit of a sense of it.

Also, be careful - one of the biggest complaints are there are hundreds is that the company sells ALL your information to third parties and you can't stop them from spamming you and infecting your computer! VIRUS ALERT!

IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL WITH THEM - YOU CAN'T! .

I called a company called Indeeed.com which is a very reputable company and spoke with a rep. there who I will keep her name anonymous because they are professionals. They said that beyond.com is a subsidiary for a lack of a better word or in their network but they are a much better company that drives results. I sensed that immediately as the person I spoke with took the time to explain everything in detail and in a moral, professional tone. Their prices are higher but as they you get what you pay for.
In the thousands of complaints against beyond.com, you don't get anything.

I tried calling them back and you either get a busy signal signal and got an answering machine. How unprofessional is that? When I spoke to Orlando to find out what was up with all the complains he said that my request for business is ready and in the same breath awaiting approval? I asked awaiting approval? You just said you sent me a contract last week, just said you are ready to go and in the same breath awaiting approval. He said that after he heard my last name.

He became insulting, rude and abusive also.

Here is sample of what their own employees write on the internet about their employer and there are tyoo many

"Unstable company. No values, compensation is very low. They do not treat their people well. Revolving door."

"Everything is very manual. Contracts, data retrieval, even products like resume search for the clients isn't close to what competition has to offer."

Cons – "Everything is very manual. Contracts, data retrieval, even products like resume search for the clients isn't close to what competition has to offer."

"Management from the top down has no concept of how to lead. Unrealistic goals in place because no one is willing to try a product that is unheard of in the industry. Spend more money on branding rather than bringing people in to dial aimlessly for 8 hours."

GO GOOGLE BEYOND.COM AND SEE FOR YOURSELF THE COMPLAINS THE PUBLIC POSTED ABOUT THEM. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMS AND RIP HONEST PEOPLE OFF. THEY GO THRU EMPLOYEES LIKE HAY AND HORSES

Beyond.com Education service complaint

I applied to Beyond.com job service and only looking for a job. And I know that I make sure I uncheck that box when it has written, looking to further my education. But for some strange reason I still receive those phone calls from Education First. And to make it so bad is they don't let go. Every hour on the hour, the phone rings. I know I could ans. the phone and let them know that I'm not looking to further my education, but why should I even have to do that. I didn't apply to them. I didn't know that they even exist. They like pest, bothersome. Now I'm scared to let business like Beyond have may phone number, because I worried with what they do with it.

Beyond.com Bad service

While I thought that the mystic world was gone with the dot com crash, it turned out that you could still order from Beyond.com from Dragon's Alley. Right next to the broomstick shop there is a cyber cafe that allows people to communicate with past companies like Beyond. Now I understand that Beyond.com meant Beyond.common offerings of muggles!
