There was an amount charged to my Bank America card on 12/27/2018 for $43.19. Reference #4546... I did not authorize this payment nor download their product. I removed it over a year ago when I went with another, better, company. They were contacted at the time of removal, so this charge is fraudulent. I want to get my money back and to report them for this transaction.

CBI*MalwareBytes unauthorized credit card charges

One June 06, 2018 there was a charge on my Credit One Credit Card, that I did not authorize . I received my statement on July 23, 2018 and there was a transaction,
reference #2469216J22XWEK7QK Trans Date 06/27 Post Date 06/27 Description of Transaction or Credit CBI*MALWAREBYTES [protected] IL $26.20

My Credit One Credit Card # is [protected]

CBI*MalwareBytes credit card charged - twice

cleverbridge reference: [protected] June 14th & [protected]: June 20th.

Obviously a duplicate charge. Both were for $39.99. It may have been my fault for some reason, but I only can use one at a time.

Looking for a refund of one of them. Please let me know which one you will be crediting my card with as I have to use this number as ID if there are any confusion.

CBI*MalwareBytes two copies of a computer program called malwarebytes.

On february 7, 2017, I purchased two copies of cbi malwarebytes from the manufacturer at a listed price of 59.99 each. These purchases were put through my discover card ending with the last 4 digits of 2882. I did not realise that I had purchase two copies of the same program.
Since both were the same program (and I only needed one copy), I would like to get a refund or a credit memo of the extra copy. My representitive at discover card told me that I would have to contact you directly. Your invoice numbers appear to be #[protected] and [protected].
Everything was done through the computer and for a 2 year program.
