CNA Order: CNA online store: Not received

Date of incident: 01 December 2016.
Description: I purchased the Lenovo 1tb portable hard drive in the amount of R699.90 online at CNA. To date i have not received the hard drive and my Edgars account has been debited. The [protected]@edcon.co.za email does not seem to be working as i have received no feedback.
TRACKING NUMBER(S): DWN00066889 Order #[protected] Shipment #[protected].
At this point i would like my edgars account to be credited as i will not pay for a product i have not received.

In august 2015 i had purchased a verssed tablet through CNA. in march 2016 i picked up a fault with the LCD & returned it to CNA pavilion. i was called a month later & told to come in store to pick a new device. when i arrived at the store i was told that the verssed tablet was discontinued & that i was to pick another tablet of the same value. i did not...

CNA No delivery of backorders

To pin down the exact date of when I started to experience the problem will be impossible since it feels like it is forever.

Let me start with Irene: at the end of 2009 I have requested a lady by the name of Kgantsie to backorder a copy of Best Food Fast no.6 for me. To date I have not received a single call from her and if I go to the store she is never there. I asked her to open a 'call order' for me to ensure that I receive every issue of the partwork. This was not done.

About a month to six weeks ago I went to CNA Woodlands to request no 6 and also no 11 which I missed because of CNA Irene's incompetence. CNA Woodlands forced me to buy gift vouchers to ensure that I will get the required partworks. That monday, Edson - The manager promised that the partworks will be delivered that very same day as RNA was on their way to the branch. Needless to say that, since I am writing this complaint, I still have not received my partworks or a refund for the gift vouchers they forced me to buy. I wonder if the practise of forcing gift vouchers on customers are appllied practises througout the CNA group?

CNA Cashier & Supervisor giving equally bad service

I selected a CD and headed to the cashier. I wanted to pay for CD as well as purchase a gift voucher. Upon which the cashier said (hoping that I'll go away) I do not have vouchers. I asked him whether he can get one or whether I should pay at the cashier's around the corner. I got no response to this and he walked away staying away for more than 5 mins. Upon his return he proceeded to do the transaction. He did not ask me how I wanted to pay (cashaccount). Took my account card that has a bar code for scanning and swiped it repeatedly through the card machine. I asked him why he does not scan it as all other Edcon stores do? The card machine's screen cuts out so no one knows whether the transaction went through only once? When I asked tha cashier to stop swiping my card he got irritated and walked away to fetch his supervisor. The supervisor came, did not speak to me, the customer, nor really make eye contact? Started to try and load the gift voucher upon which I said it was already loaded, we need to put the transaction through. He ignored me and continued trying to load a new gift voucher? Eventually the cashier came back and told him the same thing. Not impressed by service!

CNA Very unhelpful employees

On Monday 31st Aug, my husband went into CNA Eastgate-he needed some double sided tape. He saw 3 employees standing at one end chatting. He went over to them - he had to wait for them to finish their conversation-the one glanced at him and abrubtly asked 'what do you want?' He told her, she continued her conversation then started walking away. My husband proceeded to follow her. She walked past the double sided tape, pointed to it, and walked off!
