Scam
Debbie Meyer products do not work as promised. I follow the directions she tells us on HSN but my food comstantly molds. I have complained to HSN and to the company itself but do not get return answers. I have lost a lot of money trusting these bags and boxes and do not think it is fair to not be reembursed or at least contacted by someone in charge of complaints These gaces do not work !

Debbie Meyer Green Bags are flimsy and even when they don't tear apart are essentially useless because of their odd size--very long and not very wide. On TV you see a bunch of bananas in a green bag--you can't do that with the bags they send you. Asparagus, carrots and celery will fit in them, and very little else.

overchrage
Bought 20 Debbie Meyer Green bags for $9.95 plus shipping cost. Was billed $33.80 - over 3 times the quoted cost for merchandise. Can't find telephone or email address to contact them for adjustment.
I thought I was ordering 20 bags for $9.95 I saw on a TV comm'l for Debbie Meyer. Spoke with an automated phone order taker and after the order was accepted I was given other choices including yellow bags. No price mentioned. To make a long story short they sent me 100 bags for which I was billed $172.66. Emailed their customer service, a person named Riley, but have not heard from them. I don't know if I have another option as there is no customer service telephone number or address to which I could write my complaint. I'm retired and live alone in an apartment. What to do with 100 bags?
