Fraudulent company
Ordered sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product along with a similar sample from another company. Both products were advertised together. I orderd the trial offer from Easy White on May 2nd. They offer a trial period before they charge for an auto shipment. I received the product on May 8th. I contacted them on May 18th and asked to cancel my account due to sensitivity to the ingredients. They charged my card on the 20th for an auto shipment. When I contacted them, they refused to refund my money. They said the trial period ran out on the 17th and it didn't matter when I received the product nor when I contacted them or why I cannot use the product. They considered the 2nd the first day of the trial period, said they couldn't track product deliveries. They did say I could have called for a trial period extension, but that was my responsibility. THIS IS A SCAM - they are not consumer friendly. I am working with my bank to reverse the charges.

Fraud-Shady Business Model
I ordered their trial, and cancelled within the given trial period. I was told over the phone by one of their reps not to return the product, that I would not be billed any further charges... WRONG. They scammed me. They will scam you too. If anyone is interested in a class action Lawsuit, I'm looking into one. I've also filed formal Better Busine...

This company is a rip-off!
After a 10 day trial period, they will charge you nearly $79 every month to send new supply.
Their website will not process a claim, and after keeping you on the phone for a very long time, they will disconnect you or pretend they cannot hear you.

My experience is the same. This is deceptive advertising and fraudulent billing practices. The product may be good but I refuse to use it. I sent the product back to the "two companies" unopened via Fedex. I have tracking numbers and proof that they recieved it. My credit card was cancelled and reissued with another account number at my request. I am dealing with the Fraud Department at my bank and posting a block on my account for these unscrupulous deceivers.
Oh, by the way, did any one notice the fine print? ""The individuals shown providing testamonials are paid models not actual consumers of the product..." what jerks!
Scam
I have had the same thing happen to me as well. I did talk to a supervisor after talking to a cs rep., from Easy White. She informed me that there would be no refund at all. I had not been able to use the product.
I have a breathing problem and as soon as I opened it, it took my breath away.
I too feel that this is a scam and I am hopeful more people will see these complaints and do not order this or the other companies products.

After cancelling my membership within the 10 day trial period I continue to be billed and receive the product that I cannot use due to its harsh ingredients.
The company refuses to give a full refund for all unused and uncompromised products shipped after my cancellation.
I ordered my free trial kit and was charged $78.63 on my debit card before I even received the product. Then when the product came the kit was used with no product to try out and there was a teeth tray case with no teeth tray.I'm still trying to get someone to listen to me. So far no luck. Judy
I WANT THESE PEOPLE TO REFUND ME MY MONEY THAT THEY ILLEGALLY TOOK FROM ME AFTER MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED ! I HAVE AN EMAIL THEY SENT ME TO PROVE THAT IT IS CLOSED! THEY TOOK MONEY FROM ME AGAIN THEY ARE FRAUDULENTLY TAKING MONEY FROM CONSUMERS AND IT HAS GOT TO STOP!
i love the product and pay every month in fact me, my wife and my three kids have our own that i pay for because the product is so good.
I was scammed by them too...they're really bad. So sorry they're still in business. Where's justice?
I agree that they're really BAD and something ought to be done to stop them. They can't go on cheating people like this...it's been too long!
Same thing has happened to me. I have wrote the Tennesse attorney general about this.
These people are scam artist, and they prey on everyone.
There is no way to make a return and get your money back. If you open the package you bought it.
Teeth Whitening SCAM!! BIG SCAM!!
I ordered a sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product - it also had a similar product sample from a completely different company, however, these two companies work together. All you had to do is pay a shipping charge and try the 10 day trial. So now they have your credit card information. Within hours there is three charges on my credit card...

Ordered sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product along with a similar sample from another company. Both products were advertised togather.
All I had to do was pay the shipping (which is how they get your credit card information).
Both companies charged my credit card for the shipping which was minimal. Then to my suprise, a short time later, both companies charged my credit card for a combined $150.
When I contacted one company they agreed to reverse the charges on my credit card (hopefully this takes place). When I contacted Easy White Labs, (it took at least ten telephone calls to their toll free number) they refused to issue credit and said that the agreement allowed them to charge the monthly amount. I would have never agreed to this agreement and don't think it was worded this way. If it was, it was deceptively buried.
They tried telling me that I needed to return the unopened product and that they would then refund 75% of my money. Since I haven't tried their product as yet, I will try this, but I seriously doubt that it will ever happen.
Researching the information relating to the ownership of Easy White's website was no help. They use Godaddy.com's, Domains By Proxy, which is popular for companies with deceitful business practices.
I have complained to the FTC and BBB in both Arizona and Colorado.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The company lures you in by sending you a free sample but ask for your credit card information to charge the shipping, which is 97 cents. This charge appeared on my credit card and was what I agreed to. However, 7 days later a charge of $78.23 appeared on my credit card. They would not let me return the product. Definitely deceptive business practice.
Bob P., do you work for the company? Easy White is a crappy, company. I DID read the terms. The initial terms state one thing and the second set of terms state another. Put it this way Bob, the BBB and thousands of other people agree with me so you can suck it! Again, I hope everyone who reads this files a complaint with the BBB and their credit card company. Eventually they will not be allowed to accept credit cards because Visa, MC and whatever other cards they accept will deny them business.
please please do not buy these products, these companys took more than $500 dollars out of my bank in one month, now they have changed names to bright smile, do not order anythink of these low life people, i seen the advert on facebook so i thought they might of checked out these companies firt? i have made complaints to facebook but have had no reply, who can you trust?, shaun
I have been trying to contact Easy White Labs by calling the so-called customer service number for a while about the so-called trial (that I thought was a free-trial). This is a misconception and deception like no other. You try to give a company a chance and you are taken for a ride as well as advantage of. Out of all the times I called I have waited for so long for someone to answer. The last time I called was this morning and I hung up the phone in 54 minutes & 34 seconds (while on speaker & while doing house work the entire time). I tried again an hour later. Same thing but less time. I read other people complaints and feel as though I wrote each of them myself. Someone has to take action! And shut these abusers down! One of the reviews gave me another contact below and hopefully after leaving a detailed message on how to reach and help me, maybe a representative will return my call & assist me on returning this unopened EASYWHITE product!
Easy White is Adex Media, Inc. which has the following contact info:

well i think you guys should read the terms and conditions first before giving out your credit card numbers in the net just like that..you dont need to blame easy white labs for that..I dont work for the company but I just want to let you guys know that you should take responsibility of our credit card number and READ
I hope someone can stop these companies from stealing from anyone else. They got me to.
I'll have to cancel the credit card before they try tapping it again.

Just click on Addie M.'s comment above. She has responded to countless complaints about similar scams. They need to be stopped.
They also have a company called overnightgenius.com which opperates the same scam for computer software. Does anyone know how to stop this organization? They need to be put out of business. What they are doing IS illegal.
Your customer service is anything but respectful - they are taught to give fake names and give people the run-around when they ask for refunds. I personally called to cancel my order within FIVE minutes of making it, because as I was going through the second site to get the so-called partner whitening strips to get 'twice the whitening power', I noticed the site was the exact same, so I knew it was a scam then. When I called, I was told that my order had already shipped - five minute shipping time, WOW! And I was told since it had shipped, there would be no cancelling BUT if I wished, then I could return it unopened for a PARTIAL refund. That's CRAP! Furthermore, because you knew I was going to cancel, your 'customer service rep' authorized my card and charged me almost $60 right then - so much for a 10 day trial period. I didn't even get a 10 minute trial time; you hadn't shipped me anything even and already I was paid for the first shipment - bad business! Lastly, that sweet little posting can tell me it's going to walk people through the cancellation process, but how about holding true to what you say? You can SAY anything, you just don't DO ANYTHING! I got an email on the second day promising me I would not be charged again - this was on June 28th and on July 22nd you stole $60 more from me. So cut all the "we'll try to make our terms clearer" BS and just follow through on your promises made to people and stop stealing our money. Then, and only then can you even THINK you are tring to be about customer service cause right now all you are in the book of all these people who have posted here are deceitful thieves. I want my money back! You have your product back, now refund me, and I do mean ALL that you stole!
I think if Dentech really had nothing to do with "Arin" they would NOT be addressing him by his first name... it would be Mr, So-and-so, not "Arin this" and "Arin that"...those thugs will try anything I guess...amazing how they can come post to this site trying to save POOR ARIN from harrassment, and yet so many of the real customer's requests for refunds go ignored. I guess real customers haven't harrassed enough yet. Instead of posting some lame thing here, Dentech should just refund people, and stop their shady activities! Then no one will have a reason to post anything negative about them! Thankfully the Better Business Bureau in two states are after these slimy creatures. They will get what they have coming to them.

Ordered teeth whitening product on 7-19-09 and when I got the receipt and it explained how the program worked I cancelled online. I didn't receive the product after almost 2 wks so I called and was told they had cancelled the shipment and I would not be receiving any product to return. They had given me a RMA # when I cancelled and gave me til 8-6-09 to return the product but I still hadn't gotten it. Five days later I got the product but had missed the return date. I called and spoke w/John. He refused to give me full credit even if I returned the product. The best he would do was a $35 + tax credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They were not very helpful at all.
I participated in the so called '10 day FRee Trial', In reality it was a 4 day trial. It took 7 days for the product to arrive. The company disclaimer states the trial period starts from date of order. The assumption is that the product would arrive in at least 2nd day process, not 7. It is my belief the company relies on the long delivery time knowing the consumer assumes either a quick delivery or assumes it actually begins on date of receipt of product and plans on sufficient time to contact them to cancel.
In my opinion this could and should be inspected by the Unites States Postal Inspector for potential mail fraud. The use of the U.S mail to potentiall defraud the consuming public.
I would be very interested in joining with others to take this approach. If anyone is interested please respond through this web service.
This company has got to be breaking the law! They cannot charge my credit card for amounts that I did not agree to. I only authorized the shipping charges. When I called the company to complain and cancel, I got a lot of static but I hung on the line anyway even as I was getting background noise and feedback of my own voice.
I was told by their c/s rep.that I could not speak toa supervisor becasue they were ALL in a meeting. She alos told me taht even if I returned the products, I would not be given back the money they stole from me.
I was charged a total of $150.00 for the "free" trials. All I had to do was pay the shipping charges. They refuse to reverse the charges so I contacted my bank to stop payment. My bank informed me that I could not stop payment on a card charge, but their claims department would help me dispute the charges.
I am so disgusted I have returned the unused packages. No way do I even want to try these products. No whitening product will ever be able to fix this kind of shady business.
These two companies are obviously working together and they are scamming people, via the Internet, by offering their products FREE OF CHARGE other than a small shipping and handling fee. What they don't tell you upfront is that you have enrolled in a MONTHLY home delivery program at a cost of $78.23 and $78.93 PER MONTH. What they also don't tell you upfront is that you MUST DISENROLL from this monthly service or you will continue to be charged monthly. You'll find these scammers on many Internet blogs, usually some poor single Mom who struggled with whiter teeth for years and has very little money - she (the blogs) will lead you to believe that for less than $15 you'll get both these products, and whiter teeth, without any further obligation. NO WHERE, I repeat, NO WHERE do they tell you that you are enrolling in this program. It's not until the charges hit your bank and you start questioning those charges that you will find out - then suddenly and miraculously, your enrollment in this program is printed EVERYWHERE, clear as a bell. Unfortunately, it is not spelled out anywhere in the package(s) in which the products come nor is it brought to your attention when you first order the "FREE" samples. It is a deliberate scam. The websites for these Internet crooks are easywhitelabs.com (product is 'Easy White' billed as EASYWHITE) and advancedwellnessresearch.com (product is 'Bright Teeth' billed as MAX WHITE TEETH). When I phoned the one company (Max White), the call was so absolutely annoying due to feedback of my own voice that I was barely able to complete the cancellation and didn't even get around to a refund - the other company (Easy white) will only refund 75% of your money only if you return their UNUSED product - now how do you make a determination that you don't like their product if you aren't allowed to use it? I have reported both companies to the fraud protection department at my bank and we are working to expose these companies as the scammers that they are. In addition, I am going to the Arizona BBB and any other consumer advocates I can conjure. I will also be exposing them via the local consumer advocate for our local TV news. This is truly one of those 'too good to be true' offers which is deceptively weighted in your favor - unfortunately, some fat cat is getting fatter at our expense and they are capitalizing on sensitive areas (personal appearance and self esteem) to sucker you in. If we truly want to ruin them, everybody order their product and immediately cancel upon receipt - beat them at their own game.
I EMAILED FOR THE FREE SAMPLE IN MAY OF 2017. AFTER READING THE FINE PRINT I EMAILED THEM TO DISCONTINUE IT IMMEDIATELY, PLUS I PHONED AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY SON'S ADDRESS, NOT MINE. BEING THAT I CANCELED, I DID NOT MENTION IT TO MY SON. THIS IS AUGUST 18TH AND I CALLED MY BANK TO SEE WHAT MY CHECKING BALANCE WAS. I WAS IN THE MINUS! I USUALLY DO MY BANK CHECKING OVER THE PHONE IN THE AUTOMATED SERVICE. TODAY I LOOKED AT THE PRINTED STATEMENT I RECEIVED IN THE MAIL AND SAW EASY WHITE FOR $85.18. I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER AND TALKED TO ZAK #143. HE DENIED MY CANCELING AND TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT RETURN THE UNUSED PRODUCTS. MY SON THOUGHT SOMEONE WAS SENDING THESE FREE TO HIM, BUT NEVER OPENED THEM. ZAK THEN TOLD ME THAT A NEW SHIPMENT WAS ON THE WAY BUT HE WOULD CREDIT ME$45.00 AND TO KEEP IT. HE THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT STATED I WAS FINALLY CANCELED FROM THIS SCAM. IT IS MUCH EASIER TO TALK ABOUT THIS THAN TO PRINT IT. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET BACK$355.71?
It gets even better. On the website I ordered my 'trial product' it did not state that it was a trial and that they would charge me at all; there was not even the name of the company stated. I complained today and they refused to take it back, but told me I could keep this crap as THEIR GIFT...lol. I had told them I would file charges against them at the DA Office in Boulder, Colorado. You can reach me directly under: pfeuerst@tampabay.rr.com.

Peter
