eMoto UK Not delivering the ordered goods, after paying in advance, communication stopped

Hello fellow motorcyclists,

a warning ordering goods in UK at Emoto. Super websiteand looks trustfully.
I placed my first order in may 2009, I found some other useful parts and made a second order the next day. First order arrived correctly, only one part in backorder, no worries so far.
Contacted them by e-mail and discussed to put the backorder part in second package, but it could take a while.
Every week I ask for the status of my order, in the beginning I needed to change parts due to undiliverablity, even needed to pay an extra ammount of money.
After several weeks I asked again for the status of my order, they confirmed that all parts arrived and package will be sent ASAP, it's a month later still nothing.

So be warned and try to buy someware else!
In total I spent nearly 400 GBP, and still have nothing but trubble.

We ordered parts for a Ducati bike for an amount from £ 1640.79.
We have done the payment on november 4th.
No delivery, no answer, nothing!
Can anyone help us?

eMoto UK Never ever use....

Without doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. No communication, no refund and no goods. Time scale is emense, phone numbers are not factual and the amount of other complaints about this so-called company must take up half of google. For your own good, please never use this company.

I Lost 850 GBP from them Made a big order for my Ducati and never received. They kept the money and was told that there is no refund for items not in stock ! I informed almost all forums about them. They they didn't like what I did, and they asked me to remove all my posts and will send me the money back. I removed almost all of them, I aslked them to send me the money back, and then I had a new repply. Because of the posts I made, I will not get my money back! Anyway, the fact is that they are big crooks, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and keep away from them, or send them to jail!

Internet con artists. Beware of this fraudulus party. Initial contact is good, very quick email response until you pay them. You don't receive any shipping details or an onder number ever. After a few weeks they drown in silence, taking your honest hard working money... Rob & emoto uk, instant karma is gonna get you...

Dear Motorfriends,

Watch out NEVER ever use Emoto for parts. Reaal stealing practis !
I agree as well, with all responses written above.

Another thing Emoto changed their name to ITA-MOTO same ###, site is the same, so be aware and watch out !

Is there no one who knows how to stop these THIEFS ?
Warning people is not enough. Every day there are new victems.
I lost 350 GPB and a friend of mine 2500 GPB.

SO BE AWARE, CHECK OUT FIRST ON THE INTERNET FOR RESPONSES about a specific company before you buy goods.

Do not use this company ! They were rude and offensive in their replies to my e-mails I sent to them after wating for rear sets for over three mounths ! The phone line is a farce, they will never answer only by abusive email. I managed to get my money back through Visa Charge back after paying for my goods with my debit card, they got the money put back in to my account. These people should be closed down they are a discrace to the biking community.

I fully agree. Waiting from June (already paied...), no delivery, no answers to my emails, no answers to the only telephone number. I will try to persecute lthem legally

I have in the past received a good service but when I had an issue with some goods I purchased on their recommendation they were not receptive and so I ordered and paid for an additional part they recommended to sort the problem which they advised has been shipped but has never turned up. No responses to email, their contact form, telephone voicemail or faxes.

Totally agree - con artists and theives the lot of them. Still haven't received my items either. Don't return phone calls or emails. Flashy website makes people think they're legit, when they're everything but...
