Favor Frenzy Complete rip-off

We ordered Diamond Napkin Rings from Favor Frenzy and they charged our credit card, but the order didn't show up for 3+ weeks. We e-mailed them various times and this person name "Nicole" kept writing back, explaining that our order was in transit. She never wantd to provide a tracking number and didn't give us their number even after numerous demands. She said they could resend me a new order at no additional cost or refund my money. After another week or so, we demanded a refund and they reluctantly sent it through. What horrible business practices!

NEVER delivered my order...and only with MANY MANY LAWSuiT THREATS did they finally give me my money back..this business is a SCAM DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE INTERNET THIEVES!

Favor Frenzy Order never arrived!

I wish that I was aware of the negative experiences with Favor Frenzy before I wasted my time and money with the company! I am so so frustrated for waiting now 1 month and not receiving my order. I am appalled with their lack of customer service - no phone number? No tracking system? My order still says "10-12 day delivery" - 20 days late! The worst part is that the product is for my wedding invitations that I have delayed a month...very stressful situation! I now am in a scramble to rebuy the accessories ASAP and mail out the invites!

Favor Frenzy needs to be accountable for their poor business methods. They are an awful company!

Favor Frenzy Delivery of Goods

**DO NOT ORDER FROM FAVOR FRENZY**

If I had seen the comments posted here first I would have NEVER place an order with this merchant. I placed an order April 1st and still have not received my order (it is now April 20th). I even paid for expedited shipping (5-7 day).

Favor Frenzy Beware

I ordered some organza bags from Favor frenzy not realizing their history. I became aware of how their reputation and started firing off emails. I did get in touch with someone and they told me that my packages was in customs. I truly didn't believe my package would arrive, but today it did. There was still something strange about the packages as the date it was sent was Feb 16 but this was when the lady told me my package was in customs? It just doesn't add up. I am pleased with my purchase however, I don't believe I would order from them again. I went and checked out their rating on the Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/ and they are rated F. From now on I will check a company's name and history before I just hand over my credit card information.

I have placed an order and when the order arrived it was in a unprofessional matter. The package was opened and taped all over. I ordered nineteen ribbons and only four was send and it was not the color I ordered. There is no phone number (DUH, that should have been a clue) I need these ribbons and there is no way to recitify this with the company. It is a horrible company and I would like to know who to complaint for a further investigation.

ordered tulle from this company, never received the merchandise and they charged my credit card, tried to contact them 3 times and no response DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Does not respond to emails or voice mails. Received confirmation email that order was shipped on 1/12, but the packaged was post-marked 1/21. Imagine our frustration and anxiety when we were still waiting for our party favors on 1/24, the day of the party. They finally arrived that afternoon. Won't be doing business with Favor Frenzy ever again.

I ordered organza ribbon. They stated it was Gold but when it arrived the spools said Old Gold and the color looked like copper. I asked for an exchange. They said no problem but offered no assistance. I shipped the ribbon back USPS Priority Mail with a note to exchange color for ivory. I contacted them to see why they had not got back to me. They insisted they did not have the ribbon. When I emailed the USPS Track & Confirm Screen and forwarded the email from Nicole authorizing the exchange, they stopped communicating with me. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. The bank refunded my money on the spot because the amount was under $25. Then as I was ordering more ribbon from a competitor, my credit card locked up. The fraud department at the bank detected activity. Someone at FavorFrenzy took my card number and began charging subscriptions and making donations to the United Negro Fund. My bank stopped them and I am using a different card for my transactions online. (Only had one transaction for FavorFrenzy on the card and that was credited to my account)
This company lacks integrity and customer service skills. I do not recommend this company.

I just placed a order on February 20th for my March 28th wedding and still have not received my order does anyone have a phone number to call them?

Favor Frenzy No delivery

I feel like a fool. I placed an order with Favor frenzy in February and finally got my package after 25 days. Their prices were good enough that I placed a second order on April 8th, trusting them when they explained the first delay.

It is now June 4th and I have yet to receive my merchandise, worse yet, they have sent me 2 bogus tracking numbers and assured me on 5 separate occasions that my items are going out expedited shipping the next day.

Trust me and all of the other reviews, they do not respond to emails, or follow through on requests for contact made via their website. In searching for contact information I found that they also have an eBay store and have awful feedback there as well.

Do not purchase anything from them that you need to get in a timely fashion if at all.

I've filed a claim with my credit card company, and will be getting my $$ back, but I've spent way too many hours wondering if I'll see my merchandise to justify the price.

Buyer BEWARE!

Favor frenzy only contacted me after my bank reversed the charges. They do not respond to emails or phone calls- neither does "google pay" They're theives.

Favor frenzy did this to me also. My 2 orders were very late then when I got them they were the wrong thing!

Favor Frenzy Never got order or money back

Ordered from this company on 4-1 needing my ribbon by 4-25. It said 3-6 days shipping so I thought I was safe. It never came

I emailed and emailed and no response...do not order from this company it is a scam.

I went to my bank and disputed the charge and thankfully they know me and reversed the money except for a 10.00 bank fee. They did some research and said the bank account on the other end had no phone number or name. So they said something was fishy about the website...

Do not use this company, it’s complete rip-off

That`s true... I have ordered some tule and ribbon about 2 weeks ago. Supposed to be delivered within 3-6 days and i havent received anything until today.
I email many time with no respond.
FAKE Company ! Be AWARE!

I ordered satin ribbon through Favorfrenzy.com and my goods were never delivered! I urge consumers not to use their website. As stated before, they don't have an address or even a telephone number. They are completely FAKE! I contacted the BBB with little response.
