How can small business protect themselves from cyber actors. My main source of conducting business is posting wellness information on business Facebook pages. We partner with major university educating special population consumers. (Employed Vets) I had and continue to have IT problems with Facebook. In real time there is no tech support. You place the problem information in their portal and when they can get around to addressing it they? No other place to go, they are the largest Social media outlet. Wish we could get true customer service from Facebook.
