Forte Systems Buyer Beware

We purchased this program 2 months ago. We are a busy office with experience with multiple different programs. This program that was sold to us as capable of multiple practitioners is NOT capable. The excuse is I didn't know from the sales gal and the engineers tell us the software never was set up that way. What we have found is they selling under false pretenses as to its capability then when you call them out on it they send it to tech support. However if they are caught in their lie they will only fix it if it takes less than 160 man hours to fix. So you lied to me your program doesn't work even simple addition, you wont give me my money back and you wont fix it! Oh and the best part we can try to sue them if we want. Nice! How is that for great customer service. Do not buy this terrible software I don't care what they tell you it will do it doesn't.

Our organization has been dealing with this company for 4 years now. We have had nothing but problems. Everytime they send a fix, it creates another problem. We are consistanty told we are the only ones having any problems. It seems that this is not the case.

I was a kind soul with an optimistic outlook in the new world of Chiropractic until i purchased the forte system.
I now spend most of my days with my office door closed getting the run around for a company i believe doesn't actually exist. WHAT A TOTAL SCAM! Any class action law suit, count me in.

Forte Systems Terrible experience

I have been with this software with various versions since 1994. Their last version worked well although support has always been questionable. We have always worked through the software issues mostly on our own. Purchased the upgrade of Chiro 8000 almost a year ago. I still cannot use it. We asked for offices using the new software and amazingly the offices they referred us to had many complaints as well. The new software is not user friendly and just won't work. Once one this is corrected another arises. I am giving up. May talk to a lawyer to see how to start a class action.

Agree. I work with numerous PMS/EMR/EHR. Their software and not to mention support is terrible. After months of daily issues with a subset of my Chiro practices I made recommendations for all (20+) practices in my portolio to move to a different vendor. A year later, I've migrated them all off Chiro and very rarely do they have issues.

Forte Systems Stay away

Working with this company and their "product, " Chiro, 8000 is an ongoing nightmare. Courtney Holmes in Customer Service is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Their software is sub-standard, faulty (we had to return the 1st CD they sent us) and an utter joke. Biggest waste of $ our office has ever incurred. We still can't use some of the features in the software and they are not covered in the instructions manual or help menu...this is how they get customers to pay for unnecessary tech support by witholding essential information that should otherwise be included in the instruction manual. NOT USER-FRIENDLY & A COMPLETE SCAM!

Since we all agree that this company is a scam and nothing else, let's take some class action to ensure others don't become a victim. I am an attorney and am willing to assist those in need. Anthony Schwartz claims to be a great customer service guy. He'll need those in trial. I have atleast 1 client who is willing to move forward.
