Dear Concerned,
It is to inform you that my I am a resident of Islamabad. I am complaining regarding Mr fridge doors since 11 June. My complaint number is 1166341 and my contact number is [protected]. After following up on many calls to dawlance I am tired and registering my complaint here. I am facing serious issues with my fridge and I know in case of my loss dawlance will not compensate me. As even they are not taking action against my complaint.
As I am a very old customer of dawlance this issue reuien your good will in front of me and I am thinking to buy any product of dawlance in future.
Kindly look into my compalint and let me know the way forward.

I purchased a fridge from a KIWI family in Upper Coomera Unit dwelling.
The seller stated that it was "his mother's" and he was selling for her.
Fridge was turned on when I viewed and he showed me temp to prove it was OKay.
On turning fridge on at home, it took ages to cool but then seemed to work OK. Worked for a short period of time and then started defrosting in parts of freezer. I had to borrow a bar fridge and transfer items.
Technician came yesterday - emergency call out fee, and toOK panel off fridge.
Essential defrost wiring had been removed which made the fridge overheat.
He said it was common for faulty fridges to turn on after sitting for some time, and when restarted can work fine for a short time.
He also said that they would have been aware of the problems and sold me a fridge that was worthless.
I am now facing Christmas without a fridge that will hold enough food for myself and two teenage boys.
I am a single mum and had to scrape to afford what I had purchased, there is nothing left for a new fridge and I was supposed to be hosting Christmas Day for my family as we have just lost Grandma. Please do not buy a fridge without a warranty or from someone you do not know!

when i called BIG BAZAAR - KERALA STATE-PALGHAT BRANCH
FOR buying Fridge 300ltr. and i need exchange my old fridge. morning 10 am i called big bazzar customer care, they told they will send the guy to check the old fridge at 12 noon , i waited upto 2pm no body came. I called again another guy took the line and gave a cell no. to call and ask, i asked him what happen to the morning session 12noon guy. he dont have no idea about it. He told me IF U WANT TO EXCHANGE THE FRIDGE CALL THE CELL NO. WHICH I GAVE U. OR TAKE THE FRIDGE FROM SOME OTHER SHOP. THEN I ASKED HIM WHAT IS YOUR NAME ? HE CUT THE LINE. THANK YOU BIG BAZAAR, I TOOK THE FRIDGE FROM OTHER DEALER. I AM PERSON WHO USED TO BUY CONSUMABLE Rs.6000/- every month from big bazaar, I STOPPED BUYING EVERYTHING.

I am having a s/door fridge make- Whirlpool model no. 8072 sl no.-INC041308240 in the name of Mr. RP Srivastava which is under warranty upto 15 May 2011.I had made following complain regarding cooling problem. My complain nos are

It is great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice that continuously three (03) Compressor has been changed by your service center but problem still exist because of compressor became u/s. Please check your compressor quality. Earlier your service engineer suspected my domestic power supply & I have replaced my voltage stabilizer with new one as told by your service engineer. But problem still exist. On 11 Jun 10 fridge has been collected by your service center for compressor replacement & waiting for Compressor since last 08 days. Your service center is unable to give satisfactory reply regarding servicing. It is really surprising that such a reputed firm is not able to repair its own product timely. Can you tell me how much time will be taken to repair my fridge. If it is not possible kindly replace it with new one. I shall be grateful for an early action.
Approximately 1.5 years ago I had bought a fridge, stove and hood range from Bad Boy. Salesmen and other empolyees seemed very nice and helpful at the time of purchase...UNTIL they got our money. Not only did I have to keep calling to find out when I was going to get the merchandise I purchased (approx. 3 weeks late), they brought the wrong fridge - TWICE. Only to get a phone call with no apology, just an employee making jokes about it! After only having my fridge for approx. 3 months I noticed the fridge door wasn't fitting properly anymore. I had bought the extended warranty and when I called they told me it wasn't covered. I spent about 3 months on the phone and was transferred to 3 different people - being told the whole time that the door (falling off my fridge) was COSMETIC and wasn't covered under warranty. I've never seen a fridge without a door! After threatening legal action, they finally agreed to fix my fridge "this time". Unbelievably horrible service. I can't believe they are still in business! Worst experience ever... I will never shop there again!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My fridge has been broken for 2 MONTHS and all I get are excuses! I have wasted a lot of money and food, and I am very upset beacuse this company claims to be the very best, and it is not! They say they'll be "honest" and "give great value", yet every time I call, I'm put on hold for 40+ minutes. This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with.
