FXSUPPLEMENTS.com false advertising

I ordered trial offer for product on Nov 28, 2008. The charges posted to my account on Dec 1, 20o08. I have not yet received product. Answers to customer service go unanswered and calls to number posted by charge on statement go unanswered. I have sent an email to company at the do not reply address that they acknowledged by order on. I have contacted by bank to dispute charges and report the company to the fraud department for legal action. Hope everyone else will to the same. What a joke this turned out to be.

Yes I got taken as well. I did get thru to their credit department and was more or less told tough- sh** that it says that they will charge you at the very bottom of page. I told them to cancel anymore orders ON 11/21/08 and guess what they are on my credit card again this month. My god they are unbelieveable! I called my credit co. and need to fill out dipute form so they can handle. But will cancle card if i have to

I was charged 5.95 for acai berry diet product and before it even arrived, I was charged an additional 79.95 which I did not authorize or approve for any reason from this company. I attempted to reach the company by phone and reached a voice mail with a laughing voice on it, like gotcha! I was so angry, I contacted my bank and they are investigating. I may have to close my account to stop them from continuing to steal my money!

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry and was charged the $5.95 S&H. A month later they fraudulently charged my credit card $79.95. I did not authorize this charge and did not recieve any product for this charge. I was never able to contact them by phone or e-mail (I was left on hold for almost an hour). I disputed the charge with my credit card company. This is a big scam

you need to cancel your credit card! If not you will be enrolled in their monthly subscription - at $80 a pop! Read fine print. It automatically enrolls you after 15 days unless you cancel your order. But there is not way to cancel your order! Only way to avoid charges is to actually cancel your credit card, unfortunately. But if you do it soon enough they won't "get over" on YOU too! I hope you read this in time! Good luck.

FXSUPPLEMENTS.com extra chearge of $79.95.. why?

i've been charge a whopping $79.95 for something I did not order. I was only supose to be charge the s/h of $5.95 that has already been billed and charged.

I, too, was caught up in the fxsupplements.com questionable business practices. The word "FREE" is huge in the advertising, but the preauthorized recurring billings is in very small print. I also used the link from Oprah.com. I wonder if she knows her web site is being used by this company. They never answer their phones or return messages. I also cancelled with the merchant, but am concerned after hearing that someone else did that, but the charges continued. Buyer beware...nothing is free. I learned the hard way.

I also ordered a free trial order of acai berry. I was charged $79.95. I have tried to caancel the order from day one. I have sent e-mails and letters but to no avail. I can't get through to them on the phone. I have sent every thinng I receive from them back unopened and yet they continue to bill me. When I first saw the add for a free trial it was on the internet along with a similar add for Colotox. Both of them are playing the same game. They are a completer fraud.

Same thing happened to me. The phone # given to me by my credit card # is [protected]. I was able to get in touch with a person who gave me a RMA # to return the product & I was suppose to get a credit of 25% of the $86.35 I was charged for the FREE product. I have NOT gotten the credit & have been charged another $86.35 for a product I have not received. WHAT A SHAM! I will not pay anything again. My credit card company refused the first time to take the unauthorized charge off of my statement. I will cancel the credit card this time, too, if they refuse again.

Count me in on the scam. I just called my bank to block the transactions and they have to cancel my card and reissue me a new one - and it's my debit card... Off to the BBB now.

I received the "free"sample last week with only a pink insert saying if I don't cancel I willget it every month and be charged. I looked at my bank account and there were two charges already! one for 79 and one for 86! AND I just received the sample! Impossible to get through by phone.. I t hink the second t hey open they have it for people to wait 8 minutes and then it goes to voicemail or tries and says its full. I have sent necessary papers to my bank to get the money back but I am not hopeful. I also submitted a claim to the BBB. But what amazes me is how can they still be getting away with this?

Same story, asked for the sample, paid the shipping and then the next month, billed for 79.95 for nothing. I called cc company and am having dispute filed.

I think every one should contact the BBB because depending on the # of complaints the BBB will shut them down! and also I'm going to print this page and prove to my bank this is a scam. because Bank of america will get to the bottom of this. They have already refunded my money and maybe your banks will to. Goodluck. Oh and if your bank doesn't back you up on this switch to a real bank!
