Globe Business Recontracting

I would like to complain about how POOR your Customer Service is. I have sent multiple emails to inquire if I am eligible for any Globe rewards. The email got forwarded to different department before I finally got a response. A few offers were presented to me. I decided to downgrade my current plan and at the same time avail of the free handset. Then I called and was told that since my account is under "Enterprise", they need to forward the request to an "Account Manager" who will call me to discuss the offer. Of course NOBODY called me so I went to your Globe center in SM Manila and got NOWHERE because the people there do not handle business account. And I was told to call the hotline again.

So I did (I did not even complain about that callback that did not happen 'coz I know it is useless). The agent told me that I was not eligible for that offer because my account is not under Enterprise but is under "Small Business". Then I was given a new but not so good offer which I still accepted. I was told that it will be processed and the handset will be mailed within 1 week. Just when I thought everything was taken cared of, 1 week had passed and I haven't heard anything from you, so I called again. The first agent said I have an Enterprise account so I got transferred to Small Business. Then the second agent told me that the request was DECLINED and CLOSED (WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME) because I have an Enterprise account. Then I was told they can not process any request because I have to update my account information first. (I updated my plan 3 yrs ago without going thru all these. I don't know why I have to this time).

So again I was transferred to the last agent who is supposed to update my account info. But instead I was given more requirements that I have to fulfill before completing the request I asked for. A request WHICH I DESERVE AS A LOYAL SUBSCRIBER FOR 13 FREAKING YEARS DESPITE YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION. I was so calm and nice the whole 1.5hrs that I stayed on the phone. I did not even raise my voice while talking to all your INCOMPETENT AGENTS. I did not even ask for a Manager, who I'm pretty sure would not even know how to handle this whole matter. One thing is for sure though, you will not hear the end of this.

Globe Business Employee

12/12/2015 [protected] Talked to Amir Employee ID 93027 (not sure if its accurate) from Globe Business Activation 12/12/2015 Saturday morning around 10:00AM to 10:30AM. I was asking for help to activate my SIM included on my bundled service for Globe Business Home and Intenet 1599 Plan. I was transfer to him from CSR. I was providing all of the details that I have, then this Amir keep on asking me a mobile/cellular number which is I don't have. how are we going to have a mobile/cellular the fact that the service is not activated yet, the reason why we are calling. He did yell at me and intentionally disconnect the call. I have a lot of inconvenience from this service starting from the application, installation and up until now for activation. My time is very important and we badly need a good and reliable service and yet this is what we got. Slow process, incompetent employee/ CSR and not centralize for providing proper expectation. My Recommendation: 1. Do proper action/sanction/penalty to this irresponsible Employee Amir ID 93027 (not sure if its accurate) from Globe Business Activation. I personally recommend to have it fired and remove from Customer Service Field. 2. Have a survey each and after every call ( if possible - do it as phone call IVR not SMS/text), and proactive provide Employee ID of CSR on start of the call. 3. For all of this inconvenience, I would like to get a credit for at least 2 months FREE of my Monthly Rental/Service charges. 4. I would really love to discuss all of this feedback to a Manager since my Family and I is Globe Customer from Mobile, Internet Consumer/Residential/Prepaid, Postpaid and Business. Hope that this would be acknowledge sooner, Globe Business Customer TBA
