big rip off takes our money with refunding it back
this company under JECC LLC, this is a big rip off.they charge your account $2.95, then before 14 days your account is charged $69.95 for a piece of sh..cd, they are the most rude and nasty person that i speack, the 1-888 number put you on hold for a while then some on comes on and then says that your money is none refundable > i have asked to speak to the manager, there are no manager involved, the person answering the phone is the manager, customer service.This company is a big rip off.They are nothing but thieves.People like that should not be able to function in any form of business.I will sure take legal action in my hand and have this company go under. Thieves are what they are. There should be a law that bands all this from happening to honest people.I do wish them bad luck.

Charge
I signed up to get a free copy of Grant Finder Pro, and of course nothing is really free so I paid 2.95. So they gave me a 14-day trial and said that if I didnt cancel before the 14 days, I would be charged 69.95. I cancelled my service a week before my free trial was up when I realized that none of the grants were real. So this morning I see that I have a charge for the 69.95. When I called & emailed them about the problem, they said there was nothing they could do, claiming that another company had stolen their information and charged me. That is ridiculous and if they give me my money back Im taking legal action.

Same for me aswell, the company has charged me 2.95 plus 69.95 3 times now i am ready to sue

Yes, I am in the same boat. I called and email a cancelation within 7 days. The operator told me I was cancelled and then a week or so later, they charged my account for the $70. I then called for a refund last week and they told me they will refund it within 2-5 days. Today is 7 days later and no sign of a refund. I just called them again and they said they will process the refund. (again)
I talked with Aiesha at Grantfinder and she claims that there is no manager there to talk with. Nobody else is available and she has no idea when they will be available. So rediculous and up-professional. I got her to give me a cancelation number, who knows if it's legit.
What can be done? Who can I have contact them to get them to stand by their word?

Thank you for telling me. This company tried to call me today on my cell phone and I missed the call. I've never heard of this company before when I called back so I googled it and saw this. I hope you are able to get your money back from this con-company. But also by placing this on the web you have stopped them from getting others from getting tangled into there deceitful web. Again, thank you.
GRANT FINDER PRO IS A BIG RIP OFF, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CHARGE s2.95 FOR SENDING 1CD, IN WHICH IT WAS NOT EVEN 14 DAYS, WHEN MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $69.95, WHEN I SPOKE TO SOME ONE THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE, AND MY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDABLE, THIS IS A THIEF COMPANY, NO ONE SHOULD BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS THIEF AND HOPE THAT THEY NEVER SURVIVE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD.

I have been researching different ways to get government grant money to start my own businesses so to make a long story short I got a phone call from grant finder pro guaranteed grant money if you buy there cd was the claim of the person on the other end of the line guess what I called my government officials today y and there are no such grants they do not...

In June, I signed up for the 14 days membership with Grants Secrets Revealed, cancelled 2 days later. This morning I check my account and noticed Grants Finder Pro has posted a charge for 68.94. This is really SCARY b/c I never signed up with Grants Finder Pro. I am not sure how Grant Finder Pro got my information. From reading these comments I am guessing these companies are one in the same or sister companies passing consumers information. I've called Grants Finder Pro 15 times within the hour. I get no ring - the line is dead silent - then I get a busy tone. I will continue calling. Also, I have informed my financial institution of this scandal. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE TO STOP THESE CROOKS!
i also agree with the stated comment because it has happen to me.. when they called and offered us their disk they said that i would only be charged a $2.95 for shiping they never said anything about a 14 day triel i also asked the lady on the phone if there way going to be a recurring fee of monthly fees and they said no then out of no where they charged my account $69.95 I think we should stand together and contact attorneys and file fraud and a civil action againts the company.. if you agree with me please contact me at Kid2U_99@yahoo.com ... my name is jeff... please contact me and inform me of your situation and let me know if u agree wih me..
