Incorrect product in package
Hi, I bought a package of Jolly Rancher jellybeans on Mar 1 at my local Ralph’s grocery store. In the description on the bag, it states that there are original flavors, strawberry, orange, watermelon, grape, blue raspberry, green apple, but when I opened the package, my favorite flavor was nowhere to be found. The green apple was missing there was no green...

Please stop telling your clerks to promote the sale of candy at the checkout. I realize that Walgreen's is in the SICKNESS business. Are you urging customers to consume more candy, so that they will become diabetic and increased your profits? I am absolutely certain that you don't give a ****** about the health of Americans, or you would sell apples. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." But if the people became healthy, your profits would drop. So will you please stop promoting sickness! Oh, have you heard, that diabetes is a national tragedy? People are dropping dead, but not before they buy a few more candy bars at
Walgreen's to help them towards an early death. Health makes sense. Sickness makes dollars. I can see how well you understand the profit from sickness.

Incompetence
I was shocked at the treatment that my recent order, and I, have received by your company. I made the above order in good faith on December 3, awaiting arrival of the order, as promised, by December 14.
The days went by and I didn't get a confirmation email by the beginning of this week, so I called your company this past Monday. I was ASSURED that the order would be at my home by Friday.
As I still didn't get an email by this morning, I called again, at 8am EST. I spoke to a representative named Jennifer who gave me quite the run-around. It took over 30 minutes on the phone just to convince her to let me speak with a supervisor. Finally Cindy got on the line, only to tell me that some of my order was out of stock and NONE would be getting to me in any timely manner. Over and over she said "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." "We can't reach the warehouse" and other non-helpful comments.
I was NOT offered any kind of alternatives or suggestions as to what I can now do, when I had almost $500 worth of gifts that I was counting on Hershey's to ship to me, as promised, in a timely manner.
I don't want to hear that you're busy because it's Christmas. Your company is well aware of how busy you'll be at any holiday season. This should be taken into account when stocking your items and promising shipping dates. My order placed on December 3 should be here by now - or at the very least - I should have been told last MONDAY that it wouldn't be here.
Needless to say, I have canceled this order and Hershey's has lost a valuable customer. I imagine your company won't sink or swim on the basis of my candy orders, but you'd have to admit, these are poor business practices.
As I write this I am furious. I now have to figure out where to get "comparable" gifts over the weekend so they can be distributed at my husband's hospital by Monday and Tuesday. Unless my fury abates, and quickly, I intend to tell everyone I know about the Hershey company's incompetence, as well as lack of concern regarding customer satisfaction. I will also be sending comments to complaints.com.
If this were you, don't you think you'd feel the same way?
Happy holidays to you from a very upset and distraught customer,
Meredith W.

I love chocolate and consider it to be a food group to be consumed daily. Besides that, it just taste good. Now for my complaint...I went to the local Arco Gas Station this morning to get my fix of Hersheys candy. To my excited joy, I see that there is a promotion of buy 2 standard bars of Reeses or Hersheys for two dollars or 3 king size for three dollars! Of course, I load up the register with as much as I could carry. The ignorant cashier rings up the Reeses sticks at 2 for 3, but not the nutrageous. He tells me that they are not part of the promo. I tell to step to the other side of the counter and look at the brightly colored picture showing that it is indeed part of the promo. He refused, and called me a liar!
The store video will show that I was pretty upset by this time and told him to take all that candy that I was going to buy and shove it all up his [censored]. This station is located at White Ln and Ashe Rd in Bakersfield, Ca. Maybe you all could give him a call and set him straight on the laws of false advertising. I will not be going back to that store because they don't give 64 year old women candy in jail.
Sugar is poison - to EVERYbody. However, each person makes their own decisions about how they live their lives, including what cr-p to eat or not to eat. No one's holding a gun to your head forcing you to buy and then eat that candy. Walgreens may be an enabler, but selling stuff - good, bad or otherwise - is their business. If you can't control yourself, that's YOUR problem. If the Walgreen's checkout suggested that you jump off a bridge to feel the joy of what it's like to soar through the air, would you do it and expect that the checkout or Walgreen's be held responsible because you died as a consequence of deciding to follow his or her suggestion? Give me a break! 'Sorry to have to tell you, but you need to realize that YOU, your lack of self-control and/or reason, and your unwillingness to take responsibility for your actions ARE THE PROBLEM.
ITS CALLED RESPONSIBILITY & SELF CONTROL & IT IS NOT HERSHEYS FAULT.
This might be the most absurd complaint I have ever heard. Have we lost our freakin minds here? Someone needs to check diabetes on google before posting more of this garbage. Why not just sue Walgreens for selling candy bars? As a side note promotion of object requires them to say something along the lines of would you like a snickers bar with that nyquil or a sign pointing down that says candy sold here. Here's your sign dude! Find something to seriously complain about or get a damn life!
You really don't understand much at all, do you?
Who the hell are you, Michelle Obama? Get a ###ing life, loser
Uh, a chocolate bar != diabetes. Diabetes is a disease. It's not caused by chocolate. Type I diabetes is primarily inherited. Type II diabetes has genetic and lifestyle components. That is to say, if you eat too much crap your body will get sick.
I know it's a complicated concept, but there's this thing called personal responsibility. If you don't want to get diabetes, minimize your consumption of fatty/sugary foods to UNDER 500 units of crap per week.
I'm no doctor but I'll tell you one thing, posting on a complaints board sure as hell won't clean up your disease..
