Autoship
Juveneon did not send me notification of my autoship renewal until they had already charged my credit card. I called immediately and even though the order was unfulfilled, they refused to cancel my order. there is nowhere on the website to cancel or change the date on your autoship, so once they hook you for autoship, you are going to get extra product unless you call and cancel the autoship.

Forced to cancel card after $200 overcharge
I Received a surprise offer from Juvenon on 8/26/2010 and boy what a surprise it was, that evening, I ordered buy 3, get one free, the price was brought down from $119.00 to $87.75. I thought that was great, but after filling in my debit card info at check out, I kept getting pop-ups asking me to buy more at a discounted rate... I declined! As I could only afford what I had ordered. Ok so, now here's where the surprise comes in, almost immediately my debit card was charged almost $200.00 more than the $87.00. I tried to call them, but they were closed... So I called Juvenon first thing in the morning and was told that I ordered that much and they had already sent it out. I did not order that much. And why was it charged as two different orders? Because it was charged as two different charges, my credit union put the charges on hold. Long story short... I had to dispute the charges and have my debit card canceled. I had read about this happening to other people, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they got me too. And based on how I was treated on the phone... Like a [censored] that did not know what I had ordered... I will not buy anything from this company ever.

I ordered Reprieve on November 26 and was charged $174.75 on my Credit Card. Product was shipped by UPS and email sent saying I had received it on December 6 at 5:16, along with a separate AMAZON order. I never received either package and I was home at that time of day. I called AMAZON customer service and they were so polite and asked if I wanted a refund or another order sent at NO CHARGE. Thinking that JUVENON would do the same thing, since I had had purchased a large order prior to this with no problems, I called them on 3 separate occasions and was treated with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last caller indicated that it was not their policy to refund or send another order BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW IF I'M TELLING THE TRUTH AND COULD BE JUST TRYING TO STEAL FROM THEM! I've tried to file a claim with UPS who indicated they delivered the package, without success! I have also started a claim with my Credit Card Company. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Sent tablets instead of capsules, forces return shipping
I have been ordering Juvenon for long long time back to 2006. Recently I saw there is promotion that buy 5 and get 3 free so I ordered 16 bottles in capusules. However, it took almost a month did not deliver until I disputed charge with my credit card. And you could not beleive that when I opened box that is 16 bottles in tablets. I have contacted with them...

I purchased 6 containers of Juvenon's Essential Multi Vitamin. The salesman over the phone went on and on about the benefits of this (and we'd read about it in a flyer they send). If I ordered when I did, tremendous savings, any pronblems with the product--just return. We waited to long to return the product (we found we had trouble digesting the pills, they tended to cause irritation to the esphophagus. I called and explained the situation but they were adament that I had waited too long--there's a 30-day period in which you could try out the product. Well...we didn't start experiencing the problems until about 3 months. Now we are stuck with 5 bottles of very expensive Juvenon Essential Multi Vitamin.l

Automatic credit card charging
I ordered vitamin after viewing an infomercial, I ordered from the juvenon website the ad was for a "free 30ds" shipping charges only, after placing my order I was gvn the option to have product shipped every 30days automatically charging my credit I opted out, then about 24hrs later there was a mssg on my cell phn which was from "Juvenon"sttng you received this mssg because of an order you placed from a tv ad and I did not need to do any thing further..Then the next day I received the same mssg again on my cell phn with the same 800# ani, so I called the phn number and rcv'd a recording, I left the message sttng if I didn't need to do anything further why do you keep calling my phn nmber? Someone from the company called me back to offer me something else for $19.95 speaking in a fast mode so as to confuse me, at which time I vigorously declined the offer telling the person at least twice in a stern tone that I did not want my cc charged and ws not interested in the offer...Then 3 weeks later after checking my bank acct I see a chrg from the Juvenon Inc for approximately $36 and some change I quickly called to stop the charge as well as complain and ws advised to refuse the package when it arrived and when item ws rtrnd unopened my acct would be credited...Buyer beware!

Juvenon SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
I received an item in the mail from Juvenon that I did not order, a 30-day supply of their supplement. I have never done business with this company. The company claims that I ordered it over the phone on a certain date. I did not! My credit card was charged $9.95. A customer service person said she would put a note in my file.
The paper work with the item did not indicate a charge of any kind, so ones first impression was that it was a complimentary item. It did indicate that further bottles of supplement would be sent, if I choose to continue.
"I never made an order." I kept repeating, but it made little impression. I closed my credit card account with the bank, and they are investigating for fraud. I have disputed that charge with Juvenon. I have said that I will return the item, if they pay the shipping, they have not replied. I can only assume that my CC information was obtained by fraudulent means.
Wow! What a creepy outfit! This is a lot of aggravation for $9.95.
