Very rude service adviser - Devya at counter 4.
My name Keong Lee Lian Honda City PLE 5668 car owner would like to log in complaint - today 2016/05/24, morning 8am + I went to Sungai Pinang, Penang Honda services Center to service my honda city PLE 5668. My get waiting #: 2006. A while a malay staff come serve me said manual register give me the 22 point vehicle inspection check sheet #: 141143. After tell me can go 2nd floor waiting. So I go up waiting finish my bread and coffee. sudden the TV board calling my #: 2006 at count 4. So I quickly go down to count 4, Very rude service adviser - Devya at counter 4 just said to me look at the board, so I look back the board is correct count # 4, is correct her place. Why she is familiar how is Honda system running suppose to tell or check for customer but very rude ask me look at board for twice. after some argument, counter 5 Wendy find out my service booklet at counter 6 - Leong Yong Xun, I get the service order # : [protected] put in false in time: 9:44:13.
What is the purpose the manual register ? can't tell me the estimate service cost ?
Already had 2 cases accident of Honda City air bag issue. So I worry ask the 2 persons of Honda staff none of them give me the perfect answer. can you pls help to check for me. My Honda City PLE 5668, year 2013.
I'm waiting keep waiting ... just see wearing Honda uniform staff non stop walk here and walk there ..doing nothing.. but I need to waiting there for so long since 8am + until 11.50am.. Just a normal 55, 000KM normal service need to take for so long time ?
Customer willing to wait but don't put on the fire on customer to make this complaint.
Bad service
When I was very dissatisfied with their service, especially sales manager, he wanted me to get money to do payment, say my car it will go to 1-2 days, I'm going to do it as soon as payment, he should say sorry, you temporarily Do not come first, because we have to give your car the other buyers, as this customer wants to change the color, we let him took your car! Customers at the last minute to change, then he should be such as a car, what reason for me to let the car? So my loss, HONDA responsible for it?
