keys2retirement
What’s up with this?!? No way! These guys have made me a small fortune in 7 months. Chad Cassner and Scott McDonald and all the partners at keys2retirement are awesome. If they can help me, they can help anyone. I’m just a nurse coming out of a divorce that needed help and these guys came to my rescue.
accuracy
Chad Cassner and Scott McDonald are the same two clowns who owned Real Estate Riches since 2006. Once they burned up their credibility with that scam they disappeared for a few months. After numerous lawsuits and bankruptcies, now they are back selling the same class, although this time at a lower price since they don't have to pay Jeff Rubin his share. Same scam, different name. The only Key 2 Retirement you will find is your hard earned $$$ going to them. If you are a former Real Estate Riches member, they are claiming to give you a "free" refresher course which spends a day in Baltimore where they are hawking deals from their company shills. Save your time. Save your money. Invest where you live. Warren Buffet said, "Invest in what you understand". As for me, I am inclined to listen to the world's 5th richest person. If these two actually made as much money as they claim, why would they be wasting their time selling classes and deals to you? They would be doing these deals themselves. Buyer be aware. You can get the same info by attending local Real Estate Investment Clubs for a small fee or for free depending on your area.

@ms nirple - I'm sorry you feel that way, but most companies would need to defend themselves against false statements, particularly when the claim is that the whole business is a scam, the claim represents the company completely incorrectly, and no evidence is offered by the poster to substantiate the claims. This board provides the ability to give a voice to aggrieved customers, but customers have the responsibility to post honest complaints.
The above poster was never a customer of Keys2Retirement. In fact, the above poster is more than likely the competitor mentioned in the post. Whether it is Jeff Rubin, or an associate of his, the above poster is simply making claims to attempt to hurt Keys2Retirement. He clearly misrepresents the business model offered by Chad and Scott, which is either intentional or simply evidence he was never a customer.
Keys2Retirement has many happy clients, some who have gone on camera to talk about their experience. If it were a scam, who would be willing to vouch for them on camera? Video can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzw9_FZnkfY
Talk to Chad and Scott directly, and ask them the tough questions about what their model is and how you make money. They will be happy to SHOW you what they are doing.
ripoff
Keys2Retirementis a ripoff and Chad Cassner and Scott McDonald are a fraud. They say they will make you money in real estate but they are bankrupt. They say they have secret deals but there is no such thing and why would they not keep the deals for themselves if they are so good? Think about it. Because they take all the profit out for their fees and you...

Chad Cassner and Scott McDonald have gone out of their way to help guide my wife and I in our new REI in PA. These negative complaints about keys2retirement need to be addressed or removed. It is easy to see they are fake because they lack detail. This board provides the ability to give a voice to aggrieved customers, but customers have the responsibility to post honest complaints.
