Life cleanse viv3 ltd... life cleanse... lb lfp internet ltd

Please people be aware of the terrible internet scam which is going on! All these websites offer you a free trial of Colon cleansing and detoxification. You get the product free and only pay the £3.95 postage and packaging. That`s what they tell you anyway!

I have just checked my bank statement and the company have debited £76.00 from my card! $109 usd for what they say is my 2nd shipment. I have just spoken to Barclay Card who advised there is nothing really they can do but cancel my card. Having found this website I too have telephoned the [protected] number which was abroad somewhere. I spoke to a lady called Alma who advised my shipment was sent on Sept 26th and this is why I have been billed!

I never received the shipment and I certainly wouldnt pay £76 for them because they are crap!

If you google LB LFP internet Ltd...there is no telephone number for this company...surprise...surprise!
Alma advised me my complaint would be escalated...to which I terminated the call! Cant see me ever seeing my money again.

Please be warned!

Please help me! (i'm not very good at english so i'm sorry if I have a spelling mistakes)

I'm from finland and I was so stupid that I ordered three "risk free trials" 3, 95€ each.
These I ordered: resvmax, effective antioxidant and acaiberry!
These came to me: resveratrol extract, colon cleanse and acaiberry detox.
(I noticed this just now when I looked my invoice papers which I printed after I had made my order.
But i'm gladd that I got what I got. atleast I got something.)
So I got these 3 bottles, nothing more. there were no papers or bills, nothing, in these 3 envelopes.
I did'nt know that I have to cancel somekind of order that they won't charge me more.
Just 2 days ago, I went to se my web-bank so I noticed (who wouldn't!) that they have charge 3 x 83, 74€!

I tried to find a telephonenumber/numbers which I can call to cancel any futher billings,
But I just can't find any: (neighter a e-mail address : (.
The bottles have this:
"distributed by:
Viv3 ltd.
Unit 5, mill road industrail estate
Linlithgow, west lothian eh49 7qy uk"

What should I do?
I wan't my money back.
I'm a single mom and this 251, 22€ is to me like a lotterywin!

If someone is kind enough to help me, this is my e-mail: hullukissa_85@hotmail.com

Please go back into the website www.effectivecleanse.com and on the home page scroll down to the very bottom and click on "terms and conditions" box. asix page document full of jargon will appear - but go to the heading and read carefully the "ordering products through the website; policies" which goes into detail about the free trial policy. it is only free if you cancel 15 days after you initially place the order on the internet - not 15 days after you receive the produce as anybody would assume. this is not a free trial at all - but a scam to get your credit card number, ship you items that are worth only pennies (crap) and keep charging you for them. to try and cancel at any time: call the english speaking line at [protected] if you are in canada, like I did (the number on the invoice is the "french" team as I was told). I cancelled the order in my phone call - then I sent an email to: support@localbillinglimited.com where I also cancelled by email. do both. then — you send a copy of the confirming email from support@localbillinglimited.com to your credit card company with a letter telling them not to process any more payments on your credit card to this company which appeared on my ccard as "smarthealth". they should co-operate with you. the credit card companies will cancel a card if you ask them, but if you ask for a new card they will issue a card on a new account number but will continue to put through charges for this company. if you cancel your account with the credit card company you will have to pay your account balance in full before they will do this. if you report your card stolen - they will issue you a new card under a new account # - but will continue to process the charges from this company. does anyone out there who works for a credit card company have any advice how to stop this? should we be reporting it to the rcmp to get the website taken down - and the company charged for misleading advertising or some such thing? 15 day free trial — it took more than 15 days for this product to get to canada! I wish I had read the terms and conditions before ordering. I will never order through the internet again.

Let us all band together and start a 'class action' law case against the directors of this company.
Companies like this risk our health and are dishonest to the core. none of us can afford to have any of our monies stolen.
Such ruins the experience of trust and future dealings with reputeable companies who are doing the 'right thing'

Be warned! the afore-mentioned statements are true. this company seems to operate in a fraudulent, dishonest manner.
I signed up for a 'free trial' of 'acaiberry' detox and colon cleanse. I was not only billed the small shipping costs but a further two amounts of $128.09. I have not received any items other than the trial and doubt that I will.
I have had to cancel my credit card (to stop further monthly billings). I have also lodged a dispute.
If you order from this company you will pay dearly for nothing.
Scam. scam. scam. not happy!

I sent a letter to this company lb lfp internet ltd to the address stated and today I recieved the recorded delivery letter back with no such address on the envelope. we purchased acai berry and life clense free samples with £3.95 delivery and our account has been debited £171.99. we got in contact with them and cancelled the orders and sent the samples back with a letter telling them to cancelany further orders because if you get a free sample and dont cancle within 15 days you are automatically entered into a monthly contract to recieve the product at around £85 pounds a month.

I have literally just came across this warning.
First of all?

Thank you so much!

Secondly? I agree with everything you are saying.
I ordered from this company on the 19th of october and paid shipping for both life cleanse and acai berry detox. £3.95 x 2 was supposed to be debited but it actually came off at £4.14 x 2? weird but nevertheless they received the payment from my credit card.
I have been using the product now for 4 days and I must admit I did immediately notice a difference but iv heard u need both products to see any difference instead of just one or the other!

I will be reordering but not from this company!
I too wanted only the free trial and did not want to spend £60 on something I could buy online much cheaper so for the sake of £8 I thought it was worth the risk!

I called the 0808 number given just now, and an indian gentleman answered after I was placed on hold for several minutes. I explained I was diabetic and was advised not to take them? (which is true) so wished to cancel my order.
At that point he hung up!

Lol

Thankfully, before I called? I reported my card as lost so there wont be any charges on my account!
If there is? the bank wont pay!
Simple.

I guess the safest way is to take the risk free trials on offer that do not automatically charge your credit card or just get on ebay and buy it online.

I cant state that its a wonder product but I do know iv got more energy, iv lost a few pounds, and im feeling healthier in myself.
Its amall step towards a bigger goal which cant be anymore expensive than clocking up miles on a gym membership or on weight watchers foods etc...

Individual choice I would reccommend!

I am an overweight woman who kept seeing this advert flash on my computer screen offering a detox that would aid in weight loss. I have used similar products before and so thought that I would give this one a try as it was tablets which made it easy to take. I now find that I have been taken instead!

I did receive the products and have been using them for 9 days now (with no results to show so far!). I paid £3.69 for p&p for FREE trial samples of two separate products. My credit card company then contacted me this weekend to ask me if I was aware of the fact that this company has charged my credit card an extra £143.76!

I should like to know how it is that this company is still allowed to trade and pull this scam when it has been reported? I saw the advert on my Windows Hotmail site. I am livid that this has happened as I have never had any previous problems with my credit card and also because I have been taken advantage of. This company has abused not only my credit card but also my desire to get fit.

I am not employed at the moment and money is understanderbly tight. I cannot afford to lose this kind of money.

What can I do?

I never received my free order of Acai for which I paid a mailing charge of .99. I was sent an order of Life Cleanse which I refused over the phone and apparently was charged $39.95 on my credit card. What kind of scam is this? I understand many other people have had the same or similar problems with this company. I will have to speak to the Better Business Bureau and the District Attorney's office concerning this company scam.

Life cleanse charged card without permission

I ordered a trial and was told they would charge $1.00 delivery which was fine and they did. There was no mention of other orders so I assumed if I wanted more I would need to order it.

This week I was phoned by my bank to advise me that 2 companies by viv3labs which is life cleanse and natureberry were trying to take money out of my account which did not go through as I did not have the amount that was needed and that I should check into it.

I then checked my account and it showed they had taken out $146.00 and $59.00 and I am on a pension. They further had tried to take another $146 by 2 lots which my bank declined due to insufficient funds thank goodness but I was still out of pocket. I looked at the sites and there was only sign up help not cancellation. I then through searching and finding my order confirmation emails got on to the viv3labs and it gave a support email address of [protected]@viv3.com through the how to cancel link.

I emailed that several times to get the same response back, stating they did not give online support and that I needed to phone the international number to get help. I then phoned the number to be told there is no such number. So now I have no way of cancelling further orders to get this company to stop taking money from my account. I now have no choice but to cancel my card and start again. These people need to be stopped they have caused me so much pain and the product doesn't work either, so it is a total scam!

Had my bank not notified me they would have gotten more out of my account and no further products have been sent to me either since the trial bottle and I have no clue how to stop them except for like I said, to close my account and start again.

I am currently going through the exact same thing with these people. i ordered trials and now they are trying to take money out of my account ..they took $146.00 and $59.00 and i am on a pension..the phone number doesn't work and the email is bogus as it keeps bouncing so this is definately a scam..had my bank not notified me they would have gotten more out of my account and i have no clue how to stop them. I stupidly ordered this product with a 30 free trial period, 3.95 shipping was all i had to pay. Never received the product but was told that shipping time could be longer because of the time of year. Got my credit card statement for 3.95 charge, then this months statement had 125.38 charge on it for products never recieved. Called the credit card company and was told there have already been 3 other companies made charges against my card. The original company sold my card number to other companies. They are all in Great Britain.
These companies are YI Life Cleanse, QJ Life Cleanse, Pure Akai, and Resveratrol.
there phone numbers are on the credit card statement in Great Britain and now I have tried to call each one but have to wait until tomorrow for Great Britain business hours.
I am really pissed. Never ordered online before and never will again!

I ordered and paid postage for 'Life Cleanse' and 'Acai Berry Detox' - I have not reordered these products yet have now been sent and charged to my credit card 4 times.

This is not acceptable for a company to charge items with out the consent of the card holder and I have sent this onto the fraud department of my bank.

This company sends you a free sample to which you pay for psotage, after a month they then send further products not ordered by you and take the money from your credit card details - 2 x £82.50 having alleged this is in there terms & conditions when brought - not the case at all

Telephone number for company does not exist no way to contact them - BIG SCAM!

Life cleanse side effects - rash - bruises

After receiving my free trial of Life Cleanse I contracted a nasty rash along with small bruise marks. I have sought medical advice at my local GP and been using Lanacane to relief the itching and soreness.

Many times when I tried to phone viv3 on [protected] I kept receiving there is a fault please try again. I eventually, after many tries got through to cancel and explain my side affect symptoms. I was met with standard robotic customer service jargon about me entering the purchase and the terms and conditions state this, that and the other and I would receive an email about the cancellation.

I never received an email. I then emailed them at [protected]@viv3.com along with two photos of my rash and bruises, to receive a ridiculous autoreply stating they dont do support via email! whats the point of having a support email address. I then after many tries and same phone fault, got through to chase up and emphasise my side affects again and was given a cancellation number (I phoned my bank manager also to ensure no future payments from viv3 are processed). I finally received a standard robotic email saying the same thing about terms and conditions. Three emails later, after resending photos of rash, still no concern for the side affects! incredible! ignorant, couldnt care less and unethical. I am contacting my insurance company for legal advice as I cannot believe they are complacent and dont want the product to harm others. I attach the photos of my rash which appeared 2 days after taking the capsules. I have never suffered any allergies in my life or have any medical condition. Apart from their ignorance Ive lost the money as they wont refund the free trial and they have already taken money from my credit card prior to me receiving the second batch which I still have not received!

Anyone else had side effects?

On monday 24/08 I cancelled the order, I made it on 21, the date in the invoice was 22.. I called +44 [protected], the person there gave me 3 cancelation codes (8 digit numbers), one for each product. I checked mi visa on line info and found the debits for shipping..
There is one descriptor for each product, they are:

Natureberry - for acay berry
Focuscleanse and vitalityclean for life cleanse and resvmax (I guess).in the agreement says that any cc charge is going to refer to trading planet ltd. wich is not true as you can notice.

Today we went to the bank (my husbad is the card owner...) cancel the credit card to avoid future charges, they said that with this it will be 99% chance to stop the debits.. they said that some of these internet sellers make sure to acces your new card trhough the credit card brand with some insurance policy... I hope our scammers can not...

Since these people refuse to provide any written proof of cancelation the bank made copies of the invoices, terms and asked me for the cancelation numbers. I hope this works.

By thee way.. I lost 4 pounds in 3 days because of the worries and stress... sorry for my english... wish luck to all of us...

Life cleanse credit card billing

Dear sirs,

I too ordered a free trial of life cleanse, paying only the shipping and handling charges. After reading all the
Complaints regarding this product, I decided to cancel the order so that I would not get automatically billed
For future shipments on my credit card.
So, I called the [protected] number and only had to wait about 5 minutes to speak to someone named paul. He simply asked why I wanted to cancel, took my name, confirmed my home address, and gave me a cancellation number for the product. He said that I did not have to return the product since it had already been shipped and because I cancelled within the amount of days that were mentioned in the contract.
Because of this, I would not be charged for future products.
I guess this was a learning experience for me to remember that things aren't as easily had as one might think.

I ordered the product and looked for any disclaimer. I found a number to call and called imediately after my order. I canceled my renewal, because I didn't want to be charged the $87.13. Wouldn't you know I was charged anyway. First for shipping by a company called Colon Zen. Then the $87.13 by a different company called Cologenix. Wow, avoid this company. Do not order anything from them. I am currently on hold to speak with a supervisor and have been for nearly 20 minutes.

I too had ordered through Life Cleanse a free trial of Colon Cleanse and the Acai Berry which the amounts were debited from my credit card on 3rd & 4th March.

On checking my credit card on 17 March CleanseSupport have debited $146.46 and another organisation BuildWealth also from the states have debited $44.00 on the same day. Both purchases are from the States.

i called my bank and they have reported a query and cancelled this credit card. Hopefully I will get my money back.

i called [protected] (Australian No) which was on my confirmation email for these purchases however they said I didnt read the details and provided me with www.trythermocleanse.com website which is totally different to Life Cleanse and have cancelled my account but wont give the $146.46 back. Very rude.

i wont be paying by credit card to any overseas companies ever again.

A lot of people, like myself have fallen victim to Life Cleanse, and that of Acai Berry (or in my case Acai Burn).

In total Ive lost over £150 to these "free trials" BUT have had some luck getting my money back.

In regards to Life Cleanse, i called up customer support and spoke to someone who sounded chinese or indian and cancelled my account. They will then email you, essentially fobbing you off making it seem its your fault for not cancelling after 15 days for your months free trial etc. Most people at this point would still want a refund, so a few days later I called up customer service again to be told my request will be fowarded to the refund department. (They already acknowledged they recieved the product they charged me £70 for which i sent straight back).

A day later I recieved an email essentially saying I would not be getting a refund, and quoted their Terms and Conditions which as we all know are misleading and confusing. At this point most people would give up, but I soldiered on.

I emailed them back, essentially telling them being as Ive already sent the product they charged me for back, and if they still refused to give me my money back I would be contacting the Fraud department of my bank, and also Watchdog.

Suprise Suprise, 2 days later I get an email offering a full refund.

FIGHT THE POWER. You need to keep going hammer and tongs to make them refund.

I 100% agree that these companies are cheats and scams... the product doesn't work and they rip you off and continue to string you along when it comes time for them to refund your money once you return the product. I am now "supposed" to see a refund by this thursday (9/17/2017) I will let you know what excuse they give me this time. I am sure thursday will come and go and there will be no refund in my account. I told them straight up this time either they refund my money or they will be hearing from my lawyer and I will file a complaint with the bbb, instantly they put me through to the supervisor who assured me the money will be sent back to my account by thursday. make sure you send the product back by ups or fed ex with the "rma" number on it and keep your tracking number to ups as safe as you keep your children. you must have the rma number on it! if I had not had my tracking number they would have said they did not receive it back... they tried to tell me that my package never was received until I said "well the tracking number that I followed up on says otherwise." then suddenly "oh, there it is" was uttered by good ole nathan steed id # s-06. what a bunch of idots

I subscribed to a free months supply of Life Cleanse but decided to cancel after 15 working days. I cancelled and received a cancellation number. The same day I found my credit card billed for £74. Contacting the company I was refered to their web site for details. I have never ever received this product which I do not want. I have notified my bank and as I live in Italy unless I receive an immediate refund will make a 'denuncia' to the police. This is a great scam! I notice now they have an Italian web site with the conditions very difficult to find.

I also, was charged twice for shipping and handling. When I called I also cancelled the order with a confirmation number only to find I was charged even more money for the first month, when I just received the product that day. I could not find the web site again to check out the details. I wish I would have read this web site before I decided to get the "free" trial offer. Free has cost me $85.60 so far! I don't even dare to try the product now.

On June 8th, 2017 I ordered a free 15 trial Life Cleanse, it took almost 2 weeks for product to come in. I got charge right away when I am not even get the product on hand to try. When Life Cleanse came in with a bottle only without any receipt, contact number to call in case I don't like the product. When I did not like the product, I try the website then it did not work. I tried to email them, my emaill got return. I looked at my credit card, I got charge for full a amount of $78.53. When I called them they told me the free 15 days trial started count by the first day I ordered the product. So when the product took two weeks then my free trial was over. Therefore I got charge for the full amount of $78.53. This is a bad company that should not be doing their business anymore. I hope everyone could read my email and help me to stop their bad way of doing business. ...Please help me since it is not fair for consumer like me...Thank you very much.

Life cleanse unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered a free sample bottle of acai berry detox supplements and only had to pay shipping of $7.05 and did not have to make any future payments. I did not place any more orders and on may 24, 2009, I was charged twice unauthorized payments of $137.16 both times.
I request a full refund for the amount of $274.32and do not wish to be charged anymore fees for products I did not receive nor do I wish to receive in the future.

Well, your group has developed quite the modern internet money generating model. my hat off to you for your success in playing by all the rules. even though many of the timelines in your rules cannot be met… with the time that it takes for your little bottle to get to its' destination and then the time for credit card statements to get to the client and then the time to realize that one is being robbed. by then your cozy 30 day rule in small print covers you.

This a message from someone trying to get $400 back. several months of trying to retrieve money that is not rightfully yours has resulted in total frustration. at this time I can say that you have devised the most sophisticated form of thievery on the net. somehow justified by mastercard.
I accept that you have a following. I refuse to accept that you take money from a non believer.

So, you have now collected a great deal of money for ground up john's wart and comfrey. I accept that you have a following. I refuse to accept that you take money from a non believer. someone who says no! I do not want your product. furthermore I did not get your product!
That is the circumstance that you will not hear... I did not get your product!
The dates work in your favor "on paper", except for the 'rush' package. but you have stolen from me! give it back.

I signed up for the nature's best acai berry and also the life cleanse, when checking my online bank statement, it said I had -10.29. Fwm laboratories with the product life cleanse took out $40 unauthorized. When I called they said I signed up for a subscription, when I definitely do not remember reading it. Life cleanse deducted 87.13

Ordered life cleanse and acai berry trials, took almost 2 weeks for product to come in. When life cleanse came in, there were 4 bottles. Did not work. Then charged for $87.13. Called to cancel, and assured it was canceled. Told to send bottles back. I don't agree that I should have to pay for product to be sent back when they sent that many to me in the first place. After reading other complaints, i'm afraid I will have to change my card number. Went to find cancelation website and cannot find it... Help!

I received a bottle of this product and immediately checked my bankcard. since my original card was canceled after a scam by best benefits/money masters, double charging for over $700.00, it's a freebe. our investigation led to a middle east "phone room" who's sole purpose was to get card numbers to "chain" run them through as many of their offshoot companies as they can. since they apparently aren't in an area where their government can stop them, if they even cared to, this chain will continue.
My new card won't ever be used to make another online purchase. maybe i'm thinking of honest americans being hung out as bait to feed the soulless # of this generation when I now refuse to buy anything made outside of the usa. business's "home" themselves where they desire to sell their products. it then follows that those who moved out of the country to save money, actually intend to alter their customer base to that country. wish granted.
It seems that the only real way to force international action is for everyone to stop any online purchases until a legalized global s.q. u.a. t. team becomes active. the world seems to always need an enemy. so far we've picked on each other for any imaginable reason. how about we target the real enemies we have... those who would gladly steal pieces of others lives to line their own pockets. that doesn't mean "fair profit"... i'm talking outright fraud and theft. for me as a nobody, I simply offer my condolences on their losses each time they commit such acts. after all, the lobbyists paid good money to buy the votes needed to push legislation through that gives all rights to the offender, and any defensive measures by the victim are construed as
As for the charges against my original card?... I contacted the name brand companies that supposedly supported the offers (one of which was life lock). I gave over all contact information from each phone call (don't tell me you don't keep that info), screen prints of the dates and promises, phone number's, mailing locations and photo copies of the bank records involved.
On this it is to be noted that life lock took the lead and went after worldsbestbenefits and money masters. last I heard from the legal eagles is that they aren't viable as a "scan lab" anymore. may they lose more than they took.
My advice... chase every scam. do not be afraid to file charges internationally. document all online transactions, and keep all info : phone numbers, company and contact names, employee id numbers, etc. there are people trying to find these phone rooms. they need help from us to do just that. who's side are we on anyway?

I saw a $2.97 charge on my bank account from colonclean8778144672. I also saw another for $ 2.95 from a company called pww internet biz kit. these transactions were back to back. luckily this was on an account I had not used in over a month and because of these transactions I was charged a fee from my bank. I was told by my bank to call the numbers to the companies. when I called yesterday the colonclean company the operator (helene) sounded like he or she was using a voice editing machine. I expressed how I didn't sign up for this product trial. I was given a cancellation confirmation number. so I proceeded to call the pww internet biz kit which is a company the same operator answered and I immediately asked what was the name of the company. the operator refused to tell me the name of the company and had answered the phone by telling me his/her name was jeffrey. I was furious and expressed that this pww and colon is a scammer company.
I am closing my accounts with my bank. then less than an hour ago I received a call from [protected] with an unknown caller id. I called back and asked who was this. it was the supposed "colonclean" company. why did they hang up when I said hello; if it was legit? I am so irritated by banks not investigating these fraudulent companies before authorizing. all they have to do is a search on the internet to verify! they can call customers when there is an overdraft or when a bill is due but not to investigate an unheard of company? wtf?

I have also signed up for the free trial offers, and have just been charged 39.95 for something that I didn't even order. I have called the [protected] and they have assured me that my account has been closed. They also gave me the cancellation numbers. If I receive the products I need to send them back with the RMA # that they provide. I also have 2 international charges on my bank statement. No idea what these are about, they are for 3 cents and 6 cent. Hopefully this will be the end to this crap

Product: Life Cleanse & Acai Berry Detox - Hollywood, Florida

Company called my home repeatedly after my order was placed, trying to "give" me a free 4-day vacation. I told them I wasn't interested, that I only wanted the free trial products. They continued to call and I finally told them to cancel my order and my account.

I have continued to receive bottle after bottle of their products along with bogus charges on my credit card, whcih I ended up having to cancel after being contacted by the credit card company's fraud department.

I have tried to call to verify my account has been cancelled. The number [protected]) is answered immediately but when you tell the "service representative" that you are calling to cancel your order, they put you on hold to "look up" your account and then cut you off.

This is clearly a criminal operation preying on the people who fall for their false advertising.

Reps called to verify after I ordered free product (all I had to do was pay shipping and handling), and said I would be billed after I tried it. I told them to cancel the order. they shipped it 14 days later and billed me 87.13 at the same time. this also goes for acai berry detox. it is the same scam.

hello,
I ordered the same products Life cleanse and acai berry product> I had to call my bank and report them as an un authorized charge. They charged me 87.13 before the 10 days had expired for my Trial period. i was refunded the $$ back from my bank after a 10 day investigation and a new bank card issued to me.
What hell, I also called tryed to cancel. I went to their website and their site was bogus. These are the products that Opray Winfrey sponsored. Someone should expose this fraud.

I will call and report them to the FTC, thanks for their information

I had major problems with this company. not only did the product not work but, I canceled my "membership" with them before the trial period was over. they still charged $70.20 to my account afterwards. then when I called to see about it I hung up at 1minute and 24 seconds. I eventually (after being hung up on 23 times) spoke with a very rude lady who assured me my "membership" had been canceled. then when I called again (only 6 this time) the man I spoke to canceled my account. when canceling your "membership" get the canclation number! to anyone with this company who happens to be reading this... you suck!

I agree this company is a total rip off! They say it's a free trial but you don't get the product until the day before the 'trial' period was up. When I called to ask where to send this to not get charged and was told that I had already been charged that all she could do was to cancel my account and raise a ticket to get a refund but that I did not need to returm the product. I called the following week to get a status and was told the refund department had the request but that I could not speak to the 'refund department'. I then asked for a supervisor and am currently on hold...I doubt I'll ever see my money refunded but they are going to get a piece of my mind. Don't EVER fall for these scams! I learned my lesson!

I have been infected with same nightmare as the other people above. I have done exactly what the other other people have done with no results. $87.13 deducted from my bank account; returned the bottle; called the same telephone number (three times), been given the run around. And to add insult to injury, it cause an over draft fee of $35.00 in my bank account. Now WACHOVIA won't even refund my $35.00 after various attempts. I am been squeeze from ever which way. I write to wachovia and requested no more 87.13 be authorized from my bank account. Lets see what happens. Maybe Wachovia will return all my Money.

I also ordered the Acai Berry Detox and the Life Cleanse. I understood from the advertisement that if I didn't cancel within three weeks of the date I ordered, I would be charged $87.00. Well, I didn't bookmark the advertisement or ordering website and when the products came in the mail nearly two weeks later, there was no literature, no invoice, just a plain envelope with no return address. It was virtually impossible to cancel with no information as to how to get in touch with them. So, to make a long story short, I had to let them take 87.13 per bottle, plus 87 cents for something else, handling or some such charge, and then had to kill my debit card to keep any more such charges from being taken from my account. This company is totally unscrupulous and a total rip-off.

I had exactly the same issue. I called to cancel and send back my product. I was told my membership (or whatever this is) has been cancelled but that they are not authorized to give refunds. I asked for an address to send back my unopened product for a return and I got this address but I don't know if it is even a real address.

FWM Laboratories
3007 Greene St.
Hollywood, FL 33020

Not sure if I send the product back if I"ll get any money back but I am going to try.

I also was told I could send an email to fwmcancellations@gmail.com to request a refund but I'm guessing I'll never get my money back.
