Linked Forever Photography Do not use!

My husband and I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Linked Forever Photography, which has recently changed its name to Hope Joy Photography. Everything was fine until after the wedding. At that point, they had already received the majority of our payments-how convenient. We fought tooth and nail for almost a year to receive our products-countless phone calls never returned and countless e-mails that are responded to months later. Due to their lack of follow-through, we decided that we didn’t want our products from them any longer. All we wanted was our flash drive of pictures and a refund due to their lack of follow-through on products. We finally just got our flash drive, 16 months after our wedding. We are working on receiving our refund from them now.

This company is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, and POORLY RUN. Their lack of communication is unbelievable, and they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. They make absolutely no strides to satisfy their customers. Our experience with them was incredibly frustrating and an absolute nightmare. I will never recommend them to any future brides. Save yourself the stress-USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Linked Forever Photography Poor Service

It has been almost two years since our wedding and we have not received our album nor have we received our video. If anyone wants to do business with this company, please know that you will be waiting a very long time. Just as someone has already said, the company does not return your calls. If you do call them, they just email you and tell you that it's almost ready. They told me in April of 2011 that my video would be ready by my first year anniversary. They now tell me that they are still working on it and can't give me an ETA. We were married in August 2010 and it is now March 2012. On a side note, they came to my wedding dressed very unprofessionally and some of our group photos look horrible because they didn't arrange people properly.

I was married in May 2012 & I have yet to receive a review of my edited pictures. They first said they didn't get my edit selections which were originally sent in Novemeber 2012. We followed up with then numerous times with no response. FInally this past July we got a response (via email only) only to claim that they would get right on our edits, album & that our video would be done shortly. Needless to say I have not heard from them since. I have emailed, called & even text my photographer! I have now filed a complaint thru the better business buraeu and my next step is to hire an attorney. I have no memories at this point of my wedding. I will also agree with the previous complaint ... most of my group pictures were horrible because placement of people was not organized.
DO NOT USE LINKED FOREVER PHOTOGRAPHY! I will be sure to spread the word!

Almost a year since getting married, havent received our wedding album. They wont answer phone calls nor respond to emails. Experience before the wedding is a completely different from after the wedding. Didnt get proofs of the wedding till 6 months after the wedding. Most frustating part is their lack of customer service, they do not have the decency to respond to you. We are understanding people, but it would be nice to update us on the situation. When they did respond once or twice after our many phone calls and emails, they had an excuse for it usually family issues. But its hard to feel sorry, when you can see their facebook page blowing up with pictures. They are just taking on new projects and not delivering like any good professional business should.

I too was also married in May 2012. Although it took me a while to choose which photos we wanted, I still received nothing from them. No correspondance at all. I met with photographer in October 2012 to choose album and give what pictures we wanted, it was not until June 2013 that we received a draft of the album. I did not like some of the arrangements of photos, but at this point I did not care. I just wanted
my album. Since June 2013 I have emailed numerous times with no response. I just called them again, and to no surprise the mailbox was full.

I think that the prices were great and I love their work. I love the pictures of my wedding day. It's a shame I have been married for almost 2 years (10/2010) and as of today 6/1/12 have no album. They aren't even done editing it yet. They have been very frustrating to deal with and I am super unhappy with the customer service experience we had with them post wedding up until recently. It appears they just hired a new customer service person, Christine, who seems to be very helpful and hard working. I'll keep everyone posted but in the mean time I wouldn't say 100% absolutely dont hire them but if you do I would not give them a dime unless a contract is signed that clearly has set dates of what to expect when and what can be done if those timelines are not met. (money off, extra product credit, etc.) Even though the prices were great i would have gladly paid twice as much to not have to deal with the frustration that I have had getting my wedding album.
