SEO service and website building
My agreement with these people was that I would be in the top 3 results on Google. Google itself was a large obstacle to get around their stupidity and red tape, so I tried to be patient, but in the meantime, my website was horrible. I had to contact them repeatedly, and repeat the same things over and over to them, getting frustrated and pissed off more and more as time ticked by. Screaming and cussing during phone calls... Capitals and exclamation points in texts and emails... They finally did what I asked. I had to upload transparency pictures over and over... I had to repeatedly complain they used the wrong pictures and the wrong type of pictures, yet I was still seeing my business logo with the white box behind it as if a 12 year old was trying out website building software. They assigned a phone number to my business on my website that was supposed to help track customers. I just so happened to try that number to see what potential customers experienced, and the number did not work! I wonder how many potential customers found their way to my site through yelp (because I had claimed my business there), just to see a horrible looking website and a non working phone number? It's been almost a month and a half and I still do not show up on google search except for sites that I myself have contacted. They have done nothing but produce stress and distrust. I feel I many have to research how to file a lawsuit against them in another state, and cancel my credit card so they can't get anymore of my money! They are in breach of contract per the emailed agreement they sent me, and I still have.
Desired outcome: How do I get back customers they have driven away due to stupidity? I'm both curious and afraid to see what they offer in an attempt to apologize and fix the issues.
Scam
I also received a sales call and made the poor decision to give Local Splash my credit card information to "hold my one and only" advertising spot they had available for my business. Recieved unsolicited phone call. (I am on the National "Do not call" list. Stated he was from Local Splash. I replied, "It sounds like advertizing, I'm not interested, thanks" He replied, agressively and manipulatively, "Why not.. " and seeing where this was going I said "Thanks." while hanging up. These kinds of sales approaches are always a bad omen, and reading the rest of the details on this site of what follows involvement with this company confirms my suspicions. hypnohotshot.

Aggressive/Rude Caller
Got a call at 11:44 on 15 NOV 10...he asked if I was in the lawncare business (I used to be, but am no longer.) I told him that I am not in lawncare anymore, so he asked what sort of business I'm in now. I told him this is neither important, nor any of his business, at which point he laughed and sarcastically said, "Oh, so your business is not important. That's interesting." When I asked, "So you're going to be a smart a** now?" he laughed again, and then stayed on the line for a few moments before promptly hanging up on me.
All of this is ignoring the fact that the number he called was our HOME PHONE NUMBER, and was never affiliated with the business. These people are RIDICULOUS.

June 23 2017 recived call from telemarketer of local Splash in Santa Ana, this is the 4th call this week, in which they were asked not to call.
i decided to ask him questions regarding his company and what services they had. the comment i recived from this person was "did someone pee in my corn flakes this morning!" I said no, but i am going to report your calling at this point. dont call again

On 12/23/11 my acct was billed 199.00 and on 11/23/11 my acct was billed 298.00 and I didn't order anything from this company and I want to get my money back. What do I need to do next? I called the number [protected] and left a message and haven't received any answer or my money back. What do I do next?
This company ripped me off too. They never got my website to the top of any search pages. They claimed that Google would not release it. They promised risk free (money back guarantee) results. There were no results I called and asked for my money back. Apparently have multiple masters degrees in accounting, engineering and business I am not intelligent enough to understand what they meant. I asked if the conversation was recorded because I know I stated more than once I will get my money refunded to me if I am not satisfied with the results or you are unable to do as promised in the 8 week time frame. They said yes it was recorded and after reviewing the tape determined there were no promises of money back only to suspend billing until they were able to get my name to the top. My attorney told me to ask for a copy of the recording and surprise surprise I am still waiting. And they still have my money I got nothing in return. Nothing!
That is exactly what I had to do to get them to quit billing me for unwanted service, change my credit card number! and take it up with my bank. They billed me for 2 months without my permission. I called and spent hours with them, trying to get them to refund my money or at least to discontinue the service and they didn't, even after they promised they would. I didn't get one phone call or email inquiry from the page they made. It did go to the top of googles search, but for 2 months my business was listed as "permanently closed" because of some conflict with yahoo and google, or so they said. Permanently closed! I've been in biz almost 30yrs! LOCAL SPLASH IS A RIP OFFFFFFF
