I first used logodesignguarantee.co.uk in April 2013 for my partners window cleaning company and was pleased with the simple yet personal design I received, so when my mother in-law asked me about a logo for her business I was happy to recommend them and placed the order with all details of what she wanted and attached pictures.
I placed the order 26th November 2013 but after a week I had not had any contact from them at all so sent them an email, I did not receive any designs until 4 weeks later (even though promised a response in 24-48 hrs) which was via email and not in my personal account, the designs were OK but no where close to what I had requested and I did not see that as a major issue because of their "unlimited revisions request".
I sent another email detailing all revisions and over a week later I got just 1 logo sample which was laughable, again none of the designs were in my account to view only via email so once again I replied with my requests!.
I was sent exactly the same logo sample again and that was the start of over 70 emails being exchanged with either the same design or the same responses :
"The support that you need shall be extended to you shortly"
"We have received the revisions that you want, and our designers are starting their work on your project"
"We apologize for the delay of the design samples. Our Senior Design expert is still working on the project so as to satisfy your concept of the logo"
"Please provide more details and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours".
I have even received my partners window cleaning logo as one of my samples!.
I have tried to get a refund but that has been ignored even though they boast of a 100 % satisfaction guarantee.

If like myself you paid with your debit or credit card as a guest through PAYPAL then the simplest solution is to contact your bank who might be able to refund you by issuing a card payment reversal under the Consumer Credit Act . The transaction on your statement shows as "NOCHEX" just keep any emails asking for a refund as proof. I am waiting to hear back from my bank with an outcome.
If you paid via PAYPAL you have 45 days from purchase to file a dispute but don't delay for "weeks". If, after a short time chasing, the reply is unsatisfactory or absent, make a claim.

I had a bad experience with LOGODESIGNGUARANTEE.CO.UK and I think IS A SCAM - I SUGGEST DO NOT USE IT if you are looking for a professional logo design. I made a mistake using them falling their promises on their website. They do not refund your money, you will end up requesting a refund if you want a professional logo because they do not have professional logo designers, what they do is stick clipart pictures next to your company name and thats it with no designing or creativity skills WHATSOEVER, I feel that they take people's money and use it for something else - while you are getting poorer they are getting richer! When I received my designs I kept asking for revisions and all of them came worse than eachother. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I HAVE SEEN! should I laugh or cry. Even a 4 years of child could do better, REALLY. Really stupid designs! I called them today to see if the refund was done, they kept telling me either they already refunded the money or they need to contact their finance team. SO, I contacted my bank immediately and my bank is now processing the refund on my behalf. It has been now 3 weeks.
If you are thinking to use LOGODESIGNGUARANTEE in the first place, DO NOT USE THEM. If you have used them and thinking for a refund, communicate via emails with them and keep everything in safe place as you need to show them as evidence to your bank and they will put the money back to your account if they feel you've done enough to request the refund. Dont fall into what they say, because they do not have senior designers, and you will waste your time and money day by day. Once you send all the email communication to your bank, your bank then will take the money from them and they need to communicate with your bank instead of you! Once your bank refunded the money back to your account, they can not do anything. But it is important to keep all your email communications and reply back to them for the refund, it is usually enough evidence whether they reply to your emails or not.
PLEASE AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM!

Non-refund of money
This company guarantees to refund your money if you are not satisfied with the logos they produce. I was not satisfied, even after allowing them numerous opportunities to address the fact that they did not follow my brief.
I then asked for a refund and I am still waiting, despite repeated promises from them that it is in hand.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Usually your bank can refund the money on your behalf, if you show them enough evidence like corresponding emails. Communicate with this company via email and request refund 2-3 times, whether they reply to you or not usually its enough for your bank to refund the money on your behalf. I had to go through the same procedures with my bank, luckily I had all the emails and sent them today, my bank now is dealing with the refund.
I too was not satisfied with logo design guarantee and have emailed and phoned several times to chase down my full refund. To date nothing and I asked for a refund 4 months ago. They seem to be a bunch of scammers! I was not satisfied with the service because they really didn't interpret my vision for my website through email communication. I asked on a few occasions if they would phone me as I thought this would be a more effective way of communicating my design brief. Not once did they call me.
logo design
i live in Ireland and started a business so i needed a logo for my web site so i came across logo design guarantee, now i payed for a logo and also a flash logo for my site the logo turn out fine but when they send the final files for the logo no flash logo. I contacted them about it so they said they will look in to it, i thought nothing of it so i went on ahead and payed an other 24 pound for business card designs they turn out really bad so i wanted a refund.
Cause they say on there site 100% money back anytime and guess what i never got my money back its been 4 weeks now and still cant get my money back they just will not reply to my emails and there is no phone number.
So i have been out 24 pound for bunnies cards and also 39 pound for a flash logo that i never got so any one that wants a logo don't go to logo design guarantee cause if your not happy you will not get your money back and there work is not good for cards so I'm just letting everyone know what there like

I have fallen a victim to this so called MONEY BACK GUARANTEE service, too.
The designs are rubbish. Time and time again you ask for revision and it comes back almost identical to what it was before...And after you complain and ask for refund they just block you on phone and ignore all your messages. I have to say goodbye to £110. What a waste of money and time!

I just cannot believe that we are not protected from things like this!
I paid $150 to LogoDesignGuarentee.co.uk in order to get a unique logo they promised to make. We discussed all the details but after I transferred the money, this company simply became unavailable. I tried to get my money back but it seems to be impossible.
i have now read all thee complaints and realise i will not be getting my refund back! I actually designed a logo for them to work off, they made it worse! I have gone back to MY original design and prefer that! £25 lost but next time ill be sure to read reviews and complaints on google before i part with my hard earned cash!
Same here, been duped by this lot! Stupidly I didn't do my normal amount of homework am really annoyed I fell for this rubbish. The logo's were very very poor and included hardly anything like the very detailed brief I sent them. So £100 lighter now and found a decent designer through word of mouth. I am posting this in the hope it gets out there on the www to help others but as you can see it is sept 2014 and i was duped so they are still out there ripping people off! I was promised a refund but I can't see that happening after weeks of emailing back and forth, I have contacted nochex today and am awaiting reply, they are as bad as the scammers if they don't remove logodesign as a company!

I paid them £25 for logo design and they never did a logo for me. Stay away from these people. They are not designers. They have more then one website to steal money from people. They should be banned from google also. Please please stay away from this scam

I emailed these this morning (Sunday) expecting a message tomorrow and they have emailed me just now asking for my phone number, I said no then researched them and found this ... talk about saved by the bell!... sorry you have all had such awful experiences with them but thanks for the heads up
Oh dear, well I lost £30 a week or so ago with this company. The now appear to have disappeared from the net. I could kick myself, I'm usually pretty careful. Oh well...
Oh do I wish I had checked out these postings before I used this company! They owe me £30 for a logo which they so called designed. My 7 year old granddaughter could have done a better job! Having working for a design agency myself a few years ago these were the worst designs I had ever seen in my life. They obviously do not keen their word on their refunds policy.
Rip off company who took my £599 and didn't deliver the website. DO NOT use them as you will be conned. It's that simple
