I fell for the WOODTV segment back in 2018 and Oh, how I wish I had read these reviews first. What I find deplorable are Kim’s sales tactics. I only reached out once but they kept on me for 6 months, Kim is a dog with a bone. She is pure sales person, but she lied in every other way. A wolf in sheep’s clothing.

After a 4-hour interview and lots of compliments and promises, she made no effort to ask what I felt is affordable or doable or willing. Instead, I was presented a laminated ‘menu’ with three choices starting at $3000.

I find it disturbing who they consider matchable with me! Esp after a lengthy interview and questionnaire.

Not to mention their piss poor communication! Some of their excuses regarding communication or lack of matches…

• Short staffed

• Need to widen my pool (age range)…really just anyone because they are desperate to simply send a match.

• My standards are too high? I don't recall 'settling' part of a requirement for success. Perhaps you should vet your clients better.

• COVID (of course)

I’ve been matched with some questionable men:

• No call, no show, ghosting... What are you, Match, doing to reach out to those who don't follow through? You can't control the actions of others, I get it, but let it be understood I will not settle just to fulfill your agenda! I would think you would find it concerning and not want to waste your, and anyone else’s, time with these ‘men’.

• Newly widowed (shame on you)

• smokers, couch surfers (b/c they don’t have adequate income), still living with exes! (what are you thinking?!)

It's about time you admit you are not all you claim to be. You are typical sales people and oversold yourselves.

I would even go as far to say this service is of narcissistic mentality.

The one thing you will notice is staff does not stick around. Perhaps their moral compass kicks in?

In speaking with several of my matches my feeling and views are reciprocated. Again, how is MM still in business! I am so very disappointed with MM and their empty promises, but I am mostly disappointed with myself and my lapse in my god-given wisdom.

Hey Kim, your success stories are old. It’s time to stop bragging about your success rate.

Do not let this company fool you. They will use that your vulnerable to their adavantage! They take people looking for love, as easy targets to lie to give false hopes and make financial gain. I spent 3000.00 and was matched with 3 men which did not fit my critera, one of the men had Asperger's. How do you start an emotional relationship with someone who can't feel emotions? They had the response that most engineers or on the spectrum of Asperger's. That made me laugh because more than half my friends are engineers and they don't have Asperger's. Avoid this company it's lies and they do nothing they say they will do, have an excuse, or rule you didn't know about when you come plain about the bad service.

This place is a ripoff. I spent $2, 000 and they set me up with two women. Neither one matched my requirements. One of them told me she's their 'ringer' that everyone gets set up with her and the only reason she takes the dates is to get free meals and entertainment. She said the service knows this. I heard about this site on the Michelle Mckormack show on WJRW The owner of the service goes on that radio show. The owner's name is Kim Kanoza and once she has your money she will never call you back.
