I hired Molly Maid's cleaning services as a reoccurring service. The second time they came my airpods went missing. I left them near the sink that morning when I was shaving. Alan Sorin, the owner of a Molly Maid franchise here in Brooklyn, NY, visited my home for a free estimate for maid service. He was a little odd and all over the place, but I didn't think much of it at first. I asked him to give me a couple of days to think about his pricing. He said sure and left. He then called me 5 minutes later to say that he would give me a $20 discount. I said, thank you but still wanted to think about it. He then began to harass me by calling me 5 times a day even though I let him know the first couple of times that I needed to think about it. He then sent me an email with slashed prices today afternoon followed by another email a few hours later saying that he was no longer interested in cleaning my house. What a joke. I've never met someone this unprofessional, pushy and sketchy. I am actually glad that he sent me that email since I don't want anyone like him or anyone that he would employee anywhere near my home or myself.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Terrible Company and human beings
I have been a regular customer of Molly Maid of North East Queens having great interactions with the maids and owners of the franchise in this area. It is terrible how the main headquarters has taken apart this franchise and is robbing the successful owners who struggled for numerous years building clients like myself and developing great relationships and now I am getting phone calls with imposters who I have never dealt with before using the same name trying to take their business away from us just because they think the name will sell. Molly maid is dispicable and inhumane and I do not reccomend it anyone in the New York area. I currently use Universal Maid service which is wonderful and timely and it gives me a peace of mind not to mention it is afforable as well.

We are Molly Maid, Inc. the national franchisor of MOLLY MAID businesses. Molly Maid of Northeast Queens, N.Y. is no longer open and operating. The former franchise owner has not been authorized to conduct business under the MOLLY MAID name since Oct. 12, 2011 and no efforts to market to customers or provide cleaning service is being done in the area by the Home Office or an active company with the rights to use our trademarks and business systems. The maids sent from this Greensboro Molly Maid office were terrible because when they were left in the house to clean the bathroom and the wood trims of the house, they just "wet" the wood floor and kitchen cabinet but did not do a thing for the corners and trims. The corners and the trims were the reason we hired Molly Maid. When we came back to the house, we saw their note that they finished cleaning. They also threatened to use collection agency to force us to pay. We wasted money but the things were still not cleaned. This was the most terrible company that we ever used. We will never use Molly Maid out of this Greensboro location and we are still angry. (Owner of house, Dr. J)

Our customers get so much relief from taking cleaning off their To Do list, I wanted to make sure I extended every offer I could to have you benefit as well. Your feedback will help us in the future.
