Rodents
I have lived here at Natural Falls Resort Apartments for about 3 years now and since I have lived here anything and everything has went wrong, from flimsy closets breaking to catching mice (4 to be exact). Now when things break they arr fast to fix it but NOT correctly they just give it a temporary fix and with the whole mice thing they say that there is nothing that they can do but just have the exterminator come out and lay some traps, but not find out why or where they are coming from.
Bug infested and the people in the office are LIARS!! Especially JIM-Property manager
Jim (property manager) lied about there not being a fee for a saltellite dish, once I signed the lease all these hidden fee's came out. Secondly the place is full of bugs, the managment are EXTREMELY RUDE, UNHELPFUL and just looking to keep your whole deposit and blame you for problems that the run down apartment already had!
