bad customer service
I ordered the "nono" on May 13, 2013 and cancelled it shortly thereafter when I realized that the nono cannot be used on bikini areas. Anyways, I email them right away and I get a confirmation the next day that my order has been cancelled... but 122$ was withdrawn from my account. I called their customer service and they told me it wasn't true they only...

We purchased a NONO after seeing it advertised on TV in Dec 2011. After my wife tried it once we phoned asking for information as to obtaining a refund. I was told I could send it back but would have to pay shipping if it was returned before 45 days but after that time they would pay for refund. I phoned again Feb 29 2012 and given a "return number" with assurance that the necessary shipping label would arrive within ten days. Now after four phone calls and 26 days no label has arrived A farther $100 had been added to my Visa. This I objected to and it was removed. Any advice ?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
refund hassle
I purchased a NoNo hair removal system in Nov, 2011. I used it several times, found it didn't work well at all, I received burns on my face, and not worth 320..C$ I waited six weeks to try to return it, as I wanted them to pay the postage and handling.
