Dont order, i made a bad error and ordered these free trail pills, god know whats in them..i recieved them a week or 2 later and charged £4.95 for postage. I then did a bit of research and relized what a mistake i had made. I didnt use the pills, but canceled my card as warned by internet complaints they would take more payments for £95 until i canceled. I...

My son is being charged several times for 39.95 on his debit card for these pills that he did not order. We have contacted the bank and there is no information with the bottle of 60 capsules that he received. No paperwork, no number NOTHING. I want him to get ALL of his money back. Stop charging his account. He did NOT even order these in the first place. Please help me figure out how to get in contact with someone to help get his money back and stop this from happening to other people.
False advertising/Fraud
I signed up for a free trial of Colon Cleanse, as I had been reading (now I realise they were fake) articles about it online, and how good it is for weight loss. After putting in my details and address, I was told after 14 days I will be charged 95 pounds for the so called 'free trial'. This was not made clear anywhere before I had put in my details, only after. I rang the customer service line and explained I want to return the pills and get my transaction cancelled. After explaining why I wanted to cancel my order to the foreign man on the phone, he offered me 50% discount and various other things. I explained I am only 19, recently became unemployed and do not have this kind of money, and that if I knew this was going to happen I would not have bothered in the first place. He gave me a number to put on the the returning parcel and I paid an extra 2 pound so I can track the order. I will be ringing on monday to make sure they have cancelled my order. Absolutely disgusting and false advertising at its best!'

Using my e-mail account
Somehow "Pure Colon Clease" is sending e-mails soliciting their product through my account. I went to their website and the only way to contact them is by submitting a e-mail. I have tried to get in touch, and they will not respond back. Does anyone know a telephone number I can call? I have never ordered or used this product.

I was able to reach them at [protected]. Be very carefull and don't provide any other personal information they'll be asking from you to locate your account. I provided them with order ref number, transaction# and my full name and they were able to find my record after I refused to provide them with more of my personal contact info. Anyway to make the long story long, I was not able to get any refund from them. I had to cancel my credit card.

Charged Incorrectly
I ordered a free trial and was only supposed to be charged $5.95 for shipping. I was charged $19.95. I WILL DISPUTE THIS CHARGE WITH MY BANK AND FILE A REPORT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

I ordered free trial for 3.95. that was taken from my account plus a dollar more for some reason. After my order for the free trial, a pop up offer for 4 bottles came. I hit the button to read more before reading fine print. I was charged 127.00 immediately. My bank told me they cannot help since I authorized it, but did cancel my card so they couldn't take more money. They have many customers who have had additional monies withdrawn and said I needed to cancel my card for protection.
I called the online company, who actually laughed at me when I said I have 5 children to feed and that was all of the money I had. The people were laughing in the background too. It was as if I were on a speaker phone. I was told I should read next time, I should know better. I was told that I hit the button and now I have to pay.
This is unbelievable. I doubt I will receive my products and if I do, I will be afraid to try them.

Charged my card twice in one week for $78.84 - all I ordered was free with postage. Hang up when I call. "Corporate office" number is an answering machine.

I check my bank statement everyday. Today, Oct.15, 2016, I noticed a charge on my account for $89. 72 for a slim detox and diet pure of $89.87; which I did not order. This charge is from "Direct Marketing-Continuity/Subscription Merchants. I phone the number [protected]. They insist that I ordered the product. However, I didn't. I asked them to reverse the charges and they said that they would only reverse 50%; which would be $44.93 of the $89.72, and $44.86 of the 89. 87 charges on my credit card. I am so upset and need to get my money back into my account. Also, I need to report this company. Looking at my bank statement this company is located in FL.
There was no info in order so I can't contact to stop shipments. Please advise how to make orders stop
I called my credit card company. They are very familiar with the scam, and told me what to do. First, call [protected] for Slime Life and [protected]. An actual person will answer. For slime life say you don't want the product anymore. Do not engage in conversation, as the rep will try to get you to talk about it so he can resell you. Say the product made you feel unwell. Keep repeating you want to cancel all future shipments. Get a confirmation number. Immediately call the next number, which is just another line for the same company. Repeat, except say you want to cancel your contract. The rep told me I had already cancelled, a minute before. I questioned him, as these are two separate billings. He assured me both products are cancelled and that I will not be billed nor receive future shipments of either product. Because I am already on record with my credit card company, if I do receive a future billing and product, all I need to do is call the credit card back and open a dispute. Be sure to record the date and time you made the phone calls, as you will be asked for this information. You should also receive a confirmation email from the slime company. Save this to use as future reference.
This product is a total SCAM! nothing is free like they advertise. After I got my trial bottle it was so difficult to get them to cancel future payments! I got really frustrated with them and they also talk to you like you have no rights making it super difficult to cancel! beware!
They told me that I only gave to pay for shipping but. took $89.00 out if my account. I' m contacting Consumer Fraud, the News channel, my bank and a lawyer if necessary. I told them when they called that I DID NOT WANT it if they wasd going to charge me any money other
than the shipping fee, and they lied
I was scummed and ended-up with $264.01 charge on my credit card after receiving "free sample" in January from them. When I called them and ask to cancel their order and return address to ship them back - they refused. When on call, they asked me to provide all sorts of personal information because they couldn't identify me based on order reference#, transaction# and my full name. This is the call number I was able to reach them - [protected], but don't be surprised if at the end you wont getting any refund from them.
Please help me! I asked for The Free trail, AND now they charded me 79 dollars for thr Auto-Refill Bottle. I didn't I agree with it and I can't get on the phone with them because I'm from Brazil, so I'm trying to deal with it by e-mail, they say they will respond in 48hours bit I'm afrqid they will continue charging and won't refund me.

I am returning the bottles as well. I just got off of the phone with my bank and notified them. I had to close bank account, open new one and have a new debit card re-issued, etc... At least I will not have criminals ripping me off for the time being.
I received my package today and looking everywhere even online for a phone number to cancel. No number to be found anywhere. The name on the package is organic fulfillments 35246 US hwy 19 N. Ste 14, palm harbor fl. [protected]. I will be returning unopened bottles tomorrow with tracking number of course as well as notifying my bank.
I tried to cancel my order via phone and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes with no results.
I want to cancel the aoutomatic shipping for this product.

I keep getting products sent to me and charge to my credit card-even after having called and gotten a cancellation number-I always return to sender-I have now cancelled my credit card, so, they no longer
have access to my credit card. I don't believe I will ever buy any products such as these online again.
The pure colon cleanser and slim new, charger my A/C without my knowledge £291:18, for what less product, I called the man TOLD me that he will refund me back all my money, he paid back £45, out off 291:18.i called him and l told him that l had reported him to the police for FRAUD, he told me that the call is international, I said he should give me address to return the product, he said NOT RETUNABLE, his product little to me said 14DAYS REUNDS TRIAL CANCELLATION.
Please please please, dont ever buy this product is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
