Airwick freshmatic automatic spray
I bought the Automatic Spray from Morrisons a couple of weeks ago and I have noticed when it sprays it has been leaking the spray. It wasn't spraying properly too. I took out the can and replaced after having to clean it, as the fluid had leaked onto the can and then my skin when I opened it. As you can see from the picture it has leaked down the front and also onto my unit. Luckily it hasn't marked it. Normally I would just throw it away but it cost me £10, I have also replaced the batteries too (I have attached the receipt as proof of purchase).
I await to hear from you along this matter.

Be aware that this company doesn't give a damn when it comes to you and your family's health and safety. Reckitt Benckiser, maker of one of disinfectants blamed for loss of 142 lives in South Korea, refuses to admit culpability. New air wick plug in freshner
I have itchy skin to begin with.. When I started using the plug in I thought the scent was a little too much, however I waited a few days and it was ok.. I have three floors about 1000 sq feet each floor. 1 plug in per floor. I have developed hives on my arms, legs upper torso. I have used cortisone creams, itch creams etc and nothing works.. My husband thinks this can not do this.. I have unplugged so now I will wait and see if they go away. The itching is so bad I want to jump off a bridge. Glad there are others with similar symptoms, I feel I'm not crazy now!,
Don't buy from them
I purchased a multi pack (4 in a box)of this product. I had it on the top of my utility room cabinet and the box was knocked over. When I discovered that it fell over I picked it up and one of the bottles had leaked its conents out. I hadn't used any of the product out of the box yet. When I looked in the box I discovered that the lid was never on one of the bottles from the factory. The lid was at the bottom of the eaten box.I was told by Reckitt Benckiser that there was not a problem with the lid. Well I realize that there wasn't a problem with the lid it was just never put on the bottle. Now after reading the response that they gave the other lady I wonder where on earth you can put this product when you are using it and done using it. Every imaginable surface is not recomended. This product ate my cabenit and every spray can that was in this cabenit has rusted. All the triggers on spray bottles will not work. I think that consumers should really be aware of the problems with this product and that Reckitt Benckiser does not stand behind their products. If a lid was not put on at the factory then that is their fault, not mine. I refuse to buy anymore of their products.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Reckitt Benckiser refuses all liability to my claim and is very unprofessional about returning communications considering Resolve. A Manager named Jevon has pictures I took, after the first three customer service members failed. Bottom line is they tried to get out of liability by having Roger tell me mouthwash has hydrogen peroxide in it and we are not liable. So I went and got the G-U-M product which is used for pain relief in mouthwash form and it did not have hydrogen peroxide. Guess what did? The Oxi 3 Carpet Stain remover has hydrogen peroxide as an ingredient. Then they said well you didn't test the product. I could have told them anything and neither could be disproved. Fact is that stain and the whole upstairs hall gets treated with Resolve several times a year, so yes it has been tested. Now they want to stonewall me by asking if the carpet was colorfast. Called our builder and found out it was better than colorfast, it was made of soil solution which protects the entire length of the carpeting.
