ronseal decking stain with built in protection
Bought 2.5ltr I tin 1 plastic container with pad country oak and there different colours.my decking now looks odd. I have attached a video to show the change in colour. I would appreciate a resolution. This product states it is what it says on the tin however this wasn't accurate. This decking stain is quite costly and I expect to receive the correct product.

Purchased 4 tins of 2.5 litre ronseal decking as guaranteed 5 year cover no chipping, after few months out decking of £2, 00" is ruined due to chipping and leaving iour back garden comets mess. Tried to cover it with other staining but no joy it's ruined. Spending all out money on beautiful decking and buying decking product thinking 5year cover is a home! This product should be banned from
selling on shelf and sent email but no response or apology

did what it asked on the box.worked for 5 mins then blocked up.was using ronseal fence paint.washed the end off and tryed again and yes ok for 5 mins again.after this had enough.
I have emailed Ronseal 4 times with no response. The decking stripper did absolutely nothing despite three coats and abiding by their rules. I would like my money back as I had to buy lots of wire brushes and sanding paper!

Made a complaint to your complaints departrment yesterday 11th May 2017 about a ronseal product purchased through The Hardware Store Montrose Scotland, You cants better not lose my email; and get it resolved quickly. Frickin had enough of the crap materials sold in the UK for my trade, Youll know who I am by the wording
