terrible company
If I learned nothing else its that I will always Google any company I buy anything online. Ordered a lowering kit and after months of excuses, I finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company just to get my money back. Dave is master of bullcrap. I purchased an item. I needed to return it. I called for the RMA number. Sent the item back USPS requiring a signature upon receipt. Theye had the item in their possession since 12/8/11. I have been given the following excuses. Holidays, software upgrade gone bad, people catching up. As of 1/15/12 I have not received the refund.

The problem is the crap that you send to me and then want it chromed. It's like you think I am a friggan miracle worker. If you can do better, why don't you just deal directly with the chrome shop? Because you don't know how...
This is Dave from Scootworks. Just because you are idiots and screw up your bikes when you work on them, don't come out and run your little D$$$ sucker, boohooing that your POS ride broke down. Give me a break. I don't need whiny customers like you anyhow. You are just a waste of my time.
Well I've been waiting for 11 months for my triple tree to be chromed and sent back as per their exchange program. After reading everything that I found about Scootworks, I guess I got F$^%ed also! lwwiseman
I'M IN THE SAME BOAT AS YOU WITH THIS COMPANY ( #SCOOTWORKS.COM ) I RETURNED A BELT KIT THAT FELL APART AFTER 500 MILES AND SENT IT BACK ONLY TO GET THE RUN AROUND. CAN YOU DO ME A FAVOR IF YOU GET A REFUND FROM THEM CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHICH BANK THEY USE AS I'VE TAKEN THIS TO COURT AND AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING A COLLECTION AGENCY GET MY 600 FOR ME.
