Horrible service
This company is ridiculous. I bought two WagJags, fully prepared to pay the extra for my Dodge Ram truck. I have called three times to try and make an appointment with no success - All saturdays are booked, or they aren't working saturdays until the spring, and they have horrible working hours - 9/10am-5pm with NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! This company is also unprofessional - rude, curt and ignorant on the phone. BUYER BEWARE. Steer clear!

Appointments set up but place is closed. Unable to get hold of them.
We bought 3 coupons for a complete interior and exterior car detailing package including steam cleaning at $35.00 each for a total of $105.00. One coupon was used. Appointments were made for the other two but when we took our car there the place was locked up with no notice about when it would open. Spoke to someone in the next unit who said that a friend of his had worked there but when he came to work one morning the place was locked up and he couldn't get hold of the owner. We also tried to phone but there is no answer. We found a letter of complaint from someone else shoved in the door frame. How do we get our money back?

Well i had to book my appointment almost 4 months in advance (pretty busy place) then the day before my appointment I was called that they were broken into and all equipment stolen so it all has to be replaced and they will call as soon as they get it. by that time my groupon expired so I called again in late August 2013 - still trying to get equipment (being an ex-cop i knew this was just a way to buy time for something but gave them benefit of the doubt) When i called today to see what is going on - wow she can now give me an appointment (but again she never called me and i head that kid screaming in the background by the way) so I was about to book for Tuesday when she now says - oh by the way we have changed locations. so as i am taking down the new address I find they did not just change locations, they changed cities. Now they want me to drive all the way to St. Mary's to get my car done. WHAT! give me a break - total scam and now I have to ### to Groupon to get my money back. Please to don not go to SDS! This is one huge scam.
Agreed on all of the above. Dingy shop at the back of a building that you would never know was there.
I showed up for my appointment and was told about all the extras. After buying the coupon for $39, found out there were fees for SUV/Animal hair (A very small little bit that would have been dragged in on the bottom of a shoe sole) and it's up to $50+ now for shampooing the carpet. Really not sure what I was going to get for a $179 value for an hours worth of work.
I walked away because I know I can get a better job done elsewhere for the cost of the extras.
This business is absolutely SHOCKING! Terribly unprofessional and a poor job on my car.. when I showed up it was literally a dingy garage with a small desk, a husband and wife in there, a toddler in a playpen (safety first, friends!), and a clothesline strung up with old dirty cleaning cloths on. My spidey senses were tingling MAJOR but I thought "who am I to judge a struggling family trying to get out there and run a small business" so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, for $35 I figured it was worth a nice wash and cleaning. However, the wife immediately stuck her head inside my car and commented "there's a lot of animal hair in here, that will be extra" which puzzled me, because I don't own pets, I don't spend time with animals, and I've definitely never had one in my car. I said that, she argued it again, and I firmly told her "sorry, but I don't see any animal hair".. yet inside, she told her husband and he waved at her to be quiet and told me not to worry. Red flag number one.. I absolutely lose faith in the quality of a business when they try to nickel-and-dime and nitpick on things like that.
Secondly, she asked if I'd like the carpet shampooed. I shrugged and said "sure" and she said okay.. as she was passing the paper with notes to her husband as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed she had scribbled $45 and circled it and I asked what that was.. she said "for the shampooing" and I said "oh, sorry, I don't want that then.. sorry" (I know, I know.. why should *I* be the apologetic one?! she's the one trying to hose ME! but oh well, I digress...). That was red flag two.
Thirdly, when I returned, she and her husband both pointed out "rust" spots on my car and told me that next time I needed to upgrade to a better wax or my car would rust. I think they could tell by the look on my face that I knew as well as they did that I wasn't really impressed by the several dirty spots that had been overlooked by them on the car.
At this point I was really disgusted, and asked her to touch up the dirty areas, and she finally admitted that she hadn't done them all in the first place. After behaving completely inappropriately, where she and her husband both lost their tempers on me, I finally got out of there. I am just in shock because they value this package at $175?! There is NO way anyone would pay that when there are a dozen other places to take your car for that price that would do everything- shampoo carpets included! No, $35 was about right for the quality job here. In fact, that was a little high considering a few bucks at a gas station to use the vacuum and then taking it through the car wash would have accomplished basically the same! It's sad because I love buying group deals to get out there and try new businesses, but now I'll certainly be more careful.
Terrible job on my car, inappropriate behavior for business-people, and unprofessional approach (trying to gouge me for more money). Also, I feel for that little girl, sitting in a playpen in a dirty garage all day. Anyway, I will never be back which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this small struggling business.
