Scam charge using the same phone number on billing statements as other scams
Today I was charged $79.95 from a company called SLEEP AID for a subscription I did not request from a company that I do not recognize. The phone number on my statement [protected] was unanswered, not even a recorded message. When I searched the phone number it led me to your website. The same phone number has been associated with other scams. I doubt you can help in my case but you may alert others to yet another fraud scheme associated with this phone number doing 'busines's under yet another name.
Desired outcome: I tried to contact the vendor, but it seems to be a fake phone number. I will be contesting the charges on my bank card when it posts.

I am complaining about not being able to find a number or an address that I can let you know that I am as of today canceling any more orders of the medicine! I received an order today and seen that my bill of 80 some dollars was taken on my credit card again! I talked to the Better Business Bureau oh, and I have also sent out a letter to your company stating that I am canceling oh, and I do not want any more amounts taken out on my MasterCard! I would like to hear from you that you got this message oh, and you will be receiving that letter in a few days, and I will be talking to my credit card holder, about if this is fraud! My name is Joyce. Gaa please taking mail be back right away as soon as you can that you got this and it will be taken care of! I am sending this email to the BBB and to my credit card company!
