Sona Medspa Charged with no services rendered

I went into Sona Medspa on October 29th thinking it was a "free consultation". I made the mistake of signing up for 6 procedures at the cost of over $5000. I was told I qualified for that amount thru Credit Care. Little did I know, I know have a credit card with a charge of over $5000. No procedure has been done. I have tried to call and cancel this package since Monday, Nov 9th. Finally, the consultant/manager who signed with this package called me back yesterday, Tuesday Nov. 8th. As I am in a painic she tells me I "signed the form which states 'No Refunds'" How do I pay over $5000 for something I have not received? How is there is no way to reverse these charges? Who do I even talk to? How is this even legal? I have tried to contact the Credit card company but have yet to hear back. Please help. Andrea

I am an extremely unhappy customer of Sona Med Spa. I started off with laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line. $4000 later, no results and a WHOLE lot of pain.
