Zen Massage Austell reviews and complaints

I was a loyal customer to the Zen Massage in Sandy Springs because it was located minutes from my home and work. Last September I called to book an appointment for my regular Monday massage. When I got there the sign on the door read closed due to eletrical problems. I noticed all the businesses in the area were open. So I left and tried to call and call and call. I kept getting a voice mail that was never returned. After weeks of trying I called another location and was told they had closed for good without the courtesy of a phone call. I had even bought a package of 10 gift certificates that I was stuck with. I was informed that the Zen Massage Austell would except them. This was very much an inconvenient situation. I am from the city and never adventure into these rural areas. The person at the front desk that sounded like a man but ended up being a woman gave me directions from I-285. That should have been simple. Wrong! I left in plenty of time as I was told I would need to fill out another form and be there early. The directions gave me were totaly wrong. I ended up very lost after calling numerous times she told me she had not lived here long and was from another state. Why the hell was she giving directions then? I arrived 5 minutes late. It took another 5 to fill my form out because of my medical conditions. The therapist was standing there with her arms crossed and lips out like she was mad that I was late. I ended up getting about a 35 minute massage after driving around Georgia with her incorrect directions. The therapist gave a rushed brief massage.When I pointed that out as I was leaving the woman that sounded like a man that said she was an office manager told me I would know how to find them next time! What the hell? What next time? Now I am stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of gift certificates to non existent places or one that the own office manager can not tell you how to get to. Of course the corporate office does not want to return phone calls either. I hope this will let people know to stay away from these fly by night massage centers that are popping up and to never by gift certificates from one. Thank you for your time.
