Deception and Scam
Mine is the same story. I was naive to believe that it was a trial. My husband is furious about the hours he has spent trying to get the $274.11 refunded. I signed up to try this product for .99 and a few weeks later recieved a trasaction for 92.67 on my Credit card and when I called to get a refund was told that if I had opened the product I could not get a refund. Because I had taken the product out of its original package even though the packing was still sealed I could not be assured to get my full refund. BEWARE this is a SCAM to take your money. Do not be so naive to think you will get something like this for .99 cents. It will cost you more. Let my mistake be a warning so you dont have to be out this much money. I want to see this buisness shut down!
Un-Authorized charge
Sparklewhite/ Smilebrite whoever you are;
You should be ashamed; you take advantage of folks he read your FREE trail offer to charge them $200.00 a few later. I spoke with your customer service person 14 September 2009 after the first SURPRIZE charge and specifically said “I do not authorize you to charge my card again”.
Well let me share with you and whoever else reads this. I am an active duty military member who already struggle to provide for his family while fighting and sacrificing for this country. I had to explain to my wife why her car payment returned because of your unauthorized charge. It people and companies like yours that use gimmicks and the word FREE to lure in people like myself who believe in this country…Silly me.
I’m sure when I talk to base legal tomorrow they will tell me it nothing they can do to help me. Never the less I will still continue to fight for you and this great country.

It is illegal. I hope Florida AG will take action - they have against other companies.

You can report them to the FTc too - www.FTC.gov they have an online form
Well ... I would say it IS A SCAM...And I am wondering what happens if you cancel your debit card and don't pay the 182.64 balance what will happen...do they actually report it to your credit report? If you know please respond..
LA Murchison, even the fine print was not legal or legitimate as the offers in large print were misrepresented.
We encourage everyone who has been a victim of this very large scale SCAM to report it here.
hi guys ther is light at the end of the tunnel thanks to all of the complaints on this board. I had all of my money debited back to my account except for the trial prices which is okay to get rid of this nuisance. I disputed the charges with my bank with the tracking numbers from where i shipped everything back unopened and it took until last month but it was debited back through the card that i had cancelled. I have learned my lessons and unless i read the fine print i will never do this again. Just remember to ship all products back through UPS and keep your tracking number then dispute the cahrges with your company that your card is with. i hope everyone gets ther emoney back and these fools go bankrupt...
Helped me I have a question?They sent me mail cost 182.64 dollars, good thing my debit card was changed from Wamu to Chase so they weren't able to charge me.If i didn't pay it after 10 days, they will send it to collection agency. Has anyone experienced the same situation?I don't want my credit to be affected with this scam and I dont wanna pay them this amount for a piece of crap.Pls give me suggestions.

I just got hit with a $182 charge for this Sparkle White scam. Is anyone doing anything about this? We should get a class action law suit. I tried calling the number on the letter I received and they tried to offer a settlement of $90, ya right... When I asked for the person's name is hung up on me. Surprising... Oh and "Biz Talk" whoever you are.. The number you provided is nothing but a scam too. I've been on hold for over 30 mins with just a recording playing.
I seriously hope you guys get whats coming to you for scaming all these poor people. Karma is a mother f**er and you will get yours.
This posting is from a disgruntled employee who was fired for fraudulent activity on customer accounts and we expected this type of erroneous response. This same terminated employee has also identified the wrong person as the owner of our business, but instead identified a manager who is an employee. We have over 100, 000 happy and active customers and the opinions of this fraudulent employee and others are a very small minority of an otherwise very satisfied customer base.

First Support Solutions is the name of the Call Center he owns too.
He runs lots of scam sites like this including Resvpro, resvpure, smilebrite, sparklewhite, grand money, aquawhite, dentawhite, and many others. You can call a guy name Alec in the call center to make complaints [protected].
If you have been affected by this DISPUTE the charge with your bank, dont tell them you will actually do it! You might lose and if you do im sorry but you should also CONTACT your ATTORNEY GENERAL! Dont let the agents talk you out of it just actually do it. They cant be shut down if you dont go to the AG.

I found an updated phone number for Sparkle White at [protected]. When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at white-smiles.com.
I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. It’s a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. It’s also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didn’t realize you signed up for multiple company’s products.
I am so mad for letting myself for get taken for almost $300 of my very hard earned money. I have been on the phone with my visa carrier as well. They tell me the only options I have are to cancel my membership with the merchant. I will only have recourse if I am charged again after todays date. I have cancelled my membership with both everbright smiles and sparkle white. I do not intend to let this happen again and in future I will read the fine print. I have no one to blame for this but, myself. I know these scams are out there and I opened myself up to it. Won't happen again. That's life...live and never learn.
Yes, I also called, and they're not even letting me ship back a box that hasn't been opened.
