On 8-2-23 at 9:55am, I took my 2021 Lexus for car wash. When I existed the car wash and drove my car into the drying space, I noticed the front side mirror on the driver's side damaged. I immediately asked for the car wash's supervisor. He did a visual inspection on my car and asked me to complete the Claim Forms. Most of the air hose tips are missing, the vacume hose fell out the sky and almost hit my son, they didn’t spray bug spray before going through the wash, my fast pass don’t work after several complaints, and we paid for the works plan and we did not get rain x or tire shine, these did not happen all in one day, but it happened all over a period of a month.

My side view mirror was broken. I filled out a report on site the same day, June 2nd. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes on June 8th, I was told that I needed to send an email to the claims department. June 23, I got an email from the corporate office and told to submit three estimates. I submitted the estimates as requested in pdf form, on June 27th. It has been over three weeks and NOONE will respond to my emails and messages for how to getting my car repair paid for.

i contacted your company and was able to receive a reimbursement but i am still being charged I did not sign up for this ever! and it needs to be cancelled now!

Unfortunately, we have a HUGE SITUATION. I went to go through the wash 07/03 around 11am-ish. Some how my drivers side tire fell off the track. I've had my membership for a long time. Since grand opening, so I know how to go through a car wash. The "manager" definitely needs training but that's okay. (Only based off of his first response to me before saying anything). He assisted me out and my check engine light went on and when I parked, I looked at the front tire rim and it's highly and deeply dug in, in a complete circle. I do have a video of the manager admitting the situation. I did fill out a report detailing what had occurred. But I am now upset the more and more I think about the situation because I now have to go to my dealership and see what is going on with the check engine light and alignment issues.

On March30, 2023, I paid for a car wash with my debit card at your location 9450 W. Camelback in Glendale, AZ, and , on March 31, 2023, I was charged $24.95 for a subscription I never authorized to my Debit Card. Every month since, I've been charged $24.94 for a monthly subscription I never authorized.

I paid for one car wash with my credit card but someone at your company used my card the following day to charge me for a monthly subscription I never agreed to. I just spoke with my bank and they are stopping the last payment and suggested I contact you for reinbursement for past charges.

My car was scratched up on 6- 18-23. Ad i was going through the carwash stopped working. After going through my car come out dirty. I tried to wash off as much stains as could. And i have the plan with the wax. Not on yesterday.I got home to finish when it cooled off. Thats when i found the damage. I've only had my Cadillac XTS 2 weeks niw this. Im canceling my membership.

I took a vehicle in to have it washed and was offered a special price for unlimited washes for a month. I returned for one wash later that month. I was not told at the time that I was committing to a recurring billing. Then, a month ago I noticed I'd been charged six or seven times for about $35.

I went to the location (East Vista Way in Vista, Ca.) to complain. The manager there, Miguel, told me he would email the company and tell them that I needed to cancel the membership and be refunded because I'd not used it more than the first month. He said he'd cc me on the email. I never got an email. I have since been charged again.

I went to the website this morning to cancel the membership. The "cancel" button did nothing when I clicked on it.

The account is under California license number 8EOB834. I think I may have used 8E0B834 (with a zero) when I registered online for an account.

I got a single carwash at Superstar carwash in Escondido in January or 2022. I paid $9.95 for a SINGLE wash. I just realized that they have charged my card $30-35 EVERY month since then! I have been charged a total of $504.20 from the company for a single wash. I had no idea I was enrolled in any kind of monthly membership. Never was told anything in writing or by mouth about any recurring membership and never agreed to anything! This is outrageous! I am on hold with customer service, who said they can only authorize a refund for the last two months. Ummm...WTF?! This place needs to be shut down! This is fraud and I can not believe they are still in business.

They have overcharged my account for the monthly fee- although it is from $29.95 to $36.95- it was still a charge that I did not authorize nor was I told in advance of an increase. This is not the first time that this has happened. As a matter of fact I had my husbands truck on the membership and ended up canceling it because they were incorrectly charging that account. I tried calling about it and emailing and never heard back so canceled it. As I write this email, I am on hold with their company [protected] currently at 32 minutes- on the line it encourages you to contact them from the bottom of the website, by sending an email. Again no choice but to email
