Super Star Car Wash, Riggs Road, Gilbert, Az. We had the car washed and the attendant asked if we were interested in the monthly pass of $29.95 for unlimited car washes. We declined as we do not live in the area and were there for a short time. They automatically signed us up for the monthly rate and charged our credit card for July, August, September and October of $29.95 membership fee. I have called and explained the siutation and they will not credit our credit card.
The charges were made July 28, August 28, September 28 and October 28, 2022.

I’ve been trying to reach Super Star Carwash for since April, 2023. No one will return my call. I want to cancel the monthly carwash service and auto pay immediately. I do not want to use your car wash again.

I just wanted to say how Helpful your employees are at Riggs Rd & Arizona! They are great when I can not find N and always helping me get /check the air in my tires. Thank you so much.
On August 9 I went to wash my car and the machine broke my arm
rear wiper.
I filled out some customer service claims papers, but so far I haven't had a response.
I hope to hear from you soon, to take action on the matter.

On 0/27 someone open a recurring payment my account.
This happened twice already. When the tires get off the conveyor, the rooms hours the side of the conveyor and chopped the rim. Spoke to the manager and denies it. It just happened today Sunday, November 26, 2023
