Unethical Fraudulent Business Practices (Sylvester's Tree Service)

I recently needed tree work done on my rental property in Bradenton. While looking for a tree company I came across Sylvester's Tree Service that is located in my neighborhood. I read all the reviews that are terrible. Donald Sylvester owner of Sylvester's Tree Service (Wife Beater - investigated for serving Beer and illegal drugs to minors - Throws temper tantrums etc). Then I saw Sylvester Tree Service Google reviews, I saw Donald Sylvester and his girlfriend's son Nathan Woods both gave themselves a 5 star reviews for Sylvester's Tree Service. This is 100% unethical an against Goggles review policy. Also another review was without question fake written with a female name. Donald Sylvester and his girlfriend Cori Woods have a very poor reputation amongst my neighbors. Donald has been heard around town saying Spanish Tree Services are stealing his business, are all illegal and stupid because they can't speak English. When I've seen Donald Drunk he can hardly speak English. When sober he cannot speak any Spanish except Taco and Burrito. Donald also has been heard saying "I can't stand old people in condos especially Jews." It appears Donald Sylvester posts Unethical Fraudulent reviews for himself, is Anti-Semitic, Insults Senior Citizens and is a Hispanic Racist. I will not be rushing out to use Sylvester's Tree Service any time soon.

Never Use Sylvester's Tree Service

It has come to my attention that Sylvester's Tree Service located at 5107 4th Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34209 owned by Donald Sylvester is giving a bad name to the Tree Service profession. Donald has been arrested for battery after choking his X wife. Yes he likes to hit and choke women. This was not the first time. His son Steven Sylvester who works with Donald has been arrested twice for Battery including threatening a Police Officer.

Recently I have been advised Donald Sylvester has also been investigated by the Florida Department of Children and Families for serving Beer and Drugs to minors. Donald said he passed the urine test given to him by the Department of Children and Families. Donald is lying. I have been shown a form that proves Donald refused the test when it was requested. He refused it.

In the past I saw Donald Sylvester throw a temper tantrum yelling and flailing his arms saying that Spanish owners of tree services in the Bradenton, Sarasota area were stealing all his business. He did not use the word Spanish. He used a much more derogatory term. I have also heard him say that he hates old people, especially Jews who ask him to many questions at condo's or at their home's when they are paying him to perform tree work for them.

Most people would not want Sylvester's Tree Service at their home or business with Donald's and Steven's history of violence and choking women if they were aware of these facts.

"Never Use Sylvester's Tree Service!"

I used Sylvester's Tree Service and Donald Sylvester the owner was working in my back yard. Next thing I knew I hear him screaming into his cell phone all types of out of control vulgar things while he was flailing around like a crazy person. I had a friend of mine in Law Enforcement check him out. It was found that DONALD IS A WIFE BEATER was arrested for choking his wife by Manatee County Sheriff. Donald was also investigated by the Florida Department of Children and Family for supplying minors with Alcohol and Marijuana. His Son Steven Sylvester who works with him sometimes has been arrested for attacking a man and his father in a road rage incident. Steven also attacked a Manatee Sheriff's Deputy. On both occasions Steven was arrested and sent to Jail. Donald Sylvester and Steven Sylvester are both Extremely Violent!
