T.G.I. Fridays reviews and complaints

im going to try and compress this as much as possible, so my cousin and some of his friends came to visit from out of state, we spent our day at KNOTTS berry farm.
at the end of the day we walked across the street to the TGI FRIDAYS that is right outside of the park. There was a total of 6 of us, we ordered 4 entrees.
just as we finished eating our server let us know he was going on his lunch break and the other waitress would take care of us.
so we are waiting, and waiting for our check. finally she brings our check and books it again. after waiting more i bring the check to the front hostess asking if i can get the check split, she tells me to go back and wait for my waitress. so finally our waitress comes back, splits the check and leaves again.
[[[DONT YOU WANT TO TAKE OUR MONEY? HOW HARD IS IT TO PAY FOR A MEAL?! ]]] so after getting fed-up with waiting i go back to the hostess and said "CAN I JUST PAY RIGHT HERE, IT IS TAKING FOREVER AND I JUST WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE!" so she goes and runs my card, and my friends leave their appropriate money on the table. so finally we can leave... NOT! we decided to go back for one last ride on ghost rider, and as we are walking up the line we are approached by a a cop/security guard i dont know what this guys real title is. he gathers our group up not telling us anything then we are escorted back to TGI FRIDAYS being accused of running out on our check [he said only one of us paid]. we are escorted through the park by about 3 officers, i like how they escorted us through the park for all to see and not just out the exit that was 50 feet away [[its funny how they unstrap their holster and set their hand on their weapon]]. so we go back in the store and there are a total of 5 officers now, as well as the manager (JUSTIN is his name, big white dude with blonde spikey hair). they are continually harassing us not letting us tell our side of the story before they get their power-trip ''you are all criminals'' out of their system. THE FUNNIEST THING IS THAT NONE OF THESE PEOPLE HAD ANY IDEA OF THE SITUATION AND THEY ARE ACCUSING US OF TRYING TO SCAM THEM, SAYING WE BOLTED FOR THE DOOR, THE COPS THAT WERENT EVEN THERE ARE SAYING WE ARE LIARS, THAT THEY DONT BELIEVE US AND TRYING TO MAKE IT LIKE WE ARE SOME HOW IN TROUBLE. so we finally get it straightened out and guess what this was all about, A DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS! THAT WAS PART OF THE B.S. 18% GRATUITY FEE THAT WAS ATTACHED TO OUR BILLS.. I dont see how 18% gratuity is justifiable when we had the worst dining experience of my life. so we pay and they tell us to get out 0f the store and then once we are outside THE OFFICERS CONTINUE TO HARASS US AND THEN FURTHER MORE THEY TELL US WE ARE NO LONGER WELCOME AT THE PARK AND WE HAVE TO LEAVE! i didnt see it with my own eyes but my friend WAS pushed by one of the 4-foot-nothing-female officers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TGI FRIDAYS AGAIN THEY ARE SUCH A RIP-OFF AS IT IS, AND FOR THEM TO PUT US THROUGH HELL WITH KNOTTS SECURITY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KNOTTS BERRY FARM EITHER.

I had placed an order from T.G.I.Fridays in the City of Woodland Hills, CA. I ordered the Brushetta Chicken pasta and Oh goodness, I do believe I was given someone's left-overs. This order had no bread, no chicken and I asked for extra cheese and dressing...NOTHING! This plate of digusting food was over-dosed with Garlic slices and soggy tomatoes..How Gross and I was still charged, How dare they and to top it off, I complained in a civil manner and I was offered a new plate...why would I take another plate of disgust. Please don't go there, unless you like eating someone's else left-over food.
