Products and exchange policies
I am posting this review in response to the many comments, both positive and negative, that can be found online about The Shoe Market. We are an independent, family owned business that has been proud to be part of the community for more than the last twenty years. We offer an abundance of unique brands in sizes from women’s 5 – 13, 4A – 4E, and men’s 7 – 17, 2A – 6E, and maintain an inventory of over 50, 000 products. Certified pedorthists and therapeutic shoe fitters are part of our sales team and we make it our mission to give our customers the best possible service, a goal achieved by actually measuring your feet, listening to your needs and keeping our sales team educated in foot conditions and product knowledge. We take the time to fit you in shoes that match both your foot needs and your lifestyle. The Shoe Market is active with the Better Business Bureau and currently maintains an A+ rating. Because we do take the time to work closely with our customers and have an educated staff that separates us from other shoe retailers, we do maintain a no-refund policy that is posted in four unique locations at our sales desk and on all of our receipts. However, we are happy to exchange or offer a non-expiring store credit for any unworn regular price merchandise in the original packaging within fourteen days of the original purchase, and will offer an exchange on sale merchandise in the original packaging within fourteen days of the original purchase. Store Refuses to Return Money
I went to this overpriced store in search of a good walking sneaker. After the sales person lied and told me that I was getting the best shoe for diabetics, I gave them $100.00 down on the sneakers (full price = $328.00). On the week that I was to pick up the sneakers that they were holding, I got sick at work and suffered Heart Failure and a Mild Heart...
