TV Shop Daily sms messages

This company keeps sending me text messages, almost daily and has been doing this for months. How do I stop this? Thanks Kate

TV Shop Everything they do is dodgy

Be careful dealing with this company they ripp people off and do not care they try put the blame back on u they lie and steal my family and I ended up homeless from then stealing my $ and taking forever to give it back. If u have a choice do not buy anything from them u will be sorry they promise 30 day $ back guarantee they don't say your first payment was $300 they give u $99 and charge $199 service fee and still expect u to pay for postage to return the usually not as described item stay away u will be ripped off they are criminals read reviews about tv shop they get a 1 star rating terrible and there is bad reviews one after another after another u have been warned don't take my word for it do your own investigation u will be glad u did

TV Shop Aeropilates

Bought this machine thinking it would half decent quality. Firstly, 3 months in, bungee cord for left hand began fraying. Secondly, 4 months in, red bungy underneath came loose & the rebounder frayed.
Ask for help on getting replacements, got sent them for all aspects that were broken. They didn't fit the machine & when I advised this, it's my fault.
I have tried for 4 months to get the replacements replaced, but they keep saying user error.

TV Shop Taking my money out of my credit card

I have been waiting 3 days for a manager to call me

They took money out of my credit card without my consent.
They sent me an email with a payout figure.
But the customer service man wanted more.
I am disappointed & disgusted at the lack of customer service.
The man was supposed to ring me before taking the money & he did not.

I don't disagree in taking money from my credit card, i disagree with a person who repeats themselves and won't listen to what i am trying tell the person naming John on the other end that my circumstances had changed and now i am on ACC payments to please take my last payment of $19.99 out tonight 23/11/20

one listening to the recording you will understand that we are not mutants that we cannot understand what your robots are saying but come on stop repeating and listen also the arrangement was made but my circumstances had changed by GOVT payments.

What really got me was he hung up on me John hung up on me so i thought no this is it i am going to make a complaint and call back for his name. I rang back and got the same person in TV Shop billing but at this time i did not know it was him but had a feeling by his voice. as he asked for my details i wasn't confident in giving him my DOB when he had asked for everything else and known that we as the consumer rights act we do not have to give over our DOB, Now this is recording 2...

OMG im think what the heck this is the same guy i first spoke with.

My complaint is regarding the wrong in relaying back to the customer.
My complaint is hanging up on the customer.
My complaint is second call back from myself, acquaintances that the first credit payment person unknown by name then, picked up my call back call known as John, was still being silly to my questions and answers. never apologise as i stated that John you hung up on me, not professional as i've worked in the call center roll for 5 years.

However i do play a part in my own manner as i have had the same repeated conversation with this department and feel that we are criminals and that talking to your agents over the phone they repeat because they do not believe in what you have to say, just get the payments, as i am aware here in this roll. mannerism is good John just putting you through a test broke you and you hung up on me, where 70% the customers hang up on the agent :)

Please listen to 2 recording and i am asking for an email reply back to my complaint to have these thing resolved

They don't work dont buty them. They just blow humid warm water around even with prechilled water and ice block in the water! My main complaint is with the TV Shop, I complained a few day after purchasing the units from the Brisbane Home Show and it's taken me 3 months to get my money back. The process has been disgusting and the barriers they have placed...

TV Shop abs pro

See following correspondence received after notifying the TV Shop on 26/6/2018 that I wanted to return the items.

I didn't receive a call or email advising me of a return number. I have had numerous phone calls and emails from Brand developers asking for payment. I have explained the situation and have requested a copy of the said email sent with a return number.

I was told that there was no response to the email so it is now too late to return items. I would have thought if there was no response a follow up phone call should have been made. They can call asking for payment.

To whom it may concern,

I did not receive a follow up email with a return number for these items.
I have had many conversations with your people explaining this.
They are saying an email was sent with a return number but I have no trace of the email hence why there was no response from me. I have had the items packed ready to oust back since 26/6/18.

Please resend the email and approve the return of these items otherwise you give me no choice but to take this matter further.

TV Shop Worst accountability and service

Order one of their hair products two months ago, got a phone call from a manager of tv shop claiming to refuse my order and promised to send me refund which may take up to 14 days. I said ok and waited for nearly 2 months! I kept on ringing to chase up and always put on hold or left messages for the mangers to call back which they never did. Only recently I got a parcel notice from the post, collected and signed for it (with nothing indicate it is from the tv shop on the box) only to open it and found out they sent me the goods. I rang again said I didn't want the goods anymore and you had promised to refund to me however now they said because I signed the package I would be liable to pay for the shipment back to wait for the refund?! It has absolutely no sense nor customer service. They lied and not act to their words. Do not buy from them!

Instachill, is instacrap, blows out hot air, my $15 fan works better than instachill, it heats up the room just a oversized fan and noisy and loud, don't go near this item or this TV company, false advertising at its best, you see the commercial it's nothing like the add absolutely piece of crap, even the supervisor said it was a bad product when I spoke with him on the phone, I will be taking this further if anyone wants to join me in exposing this false advertising company and this crap product

buy one get a USED non working one for free, that is what i got, not to mention the call back syndrome, now how on earth can i send back the faulty unit if i do not get a reply nor a address to send back to ?
being a pensioner, how ? how to send back ? where to ? no contact ? ACCC need to step in, as this is and is intentional, and goes below the standard IQ of a scammer, and leaves a non standard ethic from the country that runs the business. and the product of the so called TIVA, is not a standard product .
$800 and a so called two year warranty which i did not ask for . and now i pay %3.00 a week for where i was told $50.00 a week, and only supplied with half which IS BEING ADVERTISED.

I have just purchased two instant heaters from the TV shop. The promotion of these products would make a person believe they cannot live without them.
They are committing the criminal offense of deception with this promotion and it is my intention to report them to the police and Consumer Affairs. The products arrived in good packaging but that is the only good thing I can say about them. For the price, they charged for this packaging they should have been wrapped in gold
I cannot even give them a review because neither of them work.
I have come to the conclusion that these products are rubbish and their value is in the scrap metal value.
I read an earlier review about the instant chill, I purchased two of these products and they have also turned out to be worthless other than the scrap metal value and that is where they will go as I do not have the room to house rubbish
I cannot understand why the Australian Consumer Affairs and ACCC allow this company to operate in Australia.

I was interested in an IWalk and to set up monthly payments - when they gave the figure said no was too high, they kept adding extra products and could not understand that it was not about the extra products but about the $$'s - was a terrible conversation and very very persistent and had to hang up on the guy as he would not let things go.
Two days later had a phone call and they had more than halved the cost - thought about it and went ahead with the 30 day trial.
Iwalk was delivered and they took the full amount out of my credit card - sorted that.
Within the 30 days trial job became redundant, decided to send the Iwalk back - what a hassle - was advised to try and sell it (did not actually belong to me), offered a further $100 off - it was now down to $400.
Arranged a courier, boxed up the Iwalk good and secure, found difficulty with two pieces of foam fitting them in and around the Iwalk - have just had a phone call that they are going to charge me $20 for the 2 pieces of foam - have never heard anything so ridiculous - who is this company, who are these people - the word bullies comes to mind

They are just So Terrible Lairs very bad customer behavior and just dont deal with them the commerce commission should ban their business.The trouble is they call from all countries around the world the same as the phone scammers. Related Who knows Maybe!

My husband and I are returning customers after purchasing a few items which we had no problems with until we purchased the Instachill in 2018 before Christmas. We were so wrapped with the purchase as we didn't have an air cooling system in our open lounge and kitchen area which can be very hot in the summer months. After seeing the ad on tv for this product we were extremely excited as it had great reviews and seemed to do what what we were looking for which was instantly cool an area completely( as an AC unit would normally do but more cost effective). Upon receiving the unit we opened it the very next day. We followed the instructions on the booklet before use and we were not only disappointed but we were annoyed because the unit not only felt like it was blowing out normal cool air as a fan would do, it just didn't chill down. We thought we would try it in a smaller room to see what the difference was after a 3hour period and the outcome was still no different, the room and hallway were the same temperature, no chilly air, as it said on the advert from many people so we rang the customer care team to arrange a return. The man apologized and said to try placing iced water in the unit to see if that worked instead and if it did, they would take $100 off the existing price for the troubles. Not only did that sound suspicious i thought it was a sad way to influence me into keeping the item, nowhere in the advert did it say to fill the unit with ice cold water at any time, it even went on to say in the booklet provided that some units can be faulty which seemed like the most logical explanation because it didn't perform the way it said it did on the advert. After i spoke to the man about possibly trying the ice water in the unit, i changed my mind and rang back to sort out details of how to return the item, i was told from the lady that she was not able to give me the details at that time and was told that another Service person would make contact with me within 24-48 hours which did not happen, now it was during the Christmas period so i would have understood if i had to wait until working hours but the lady said i would be contacted because it was urgent i spoke to someone as i only had 30 days to return this item. I had made contact with the office today, 1 week after i was told 24-48 hours i would be called and still got an unsatisfactory reply and apology, now i have to send the item back at my own cost and i am not a wealthy person, i am a beneficiary with a young child, i am annoyed i have to pay for an item that did not do what it said it was supposed to. Not only did i get the muck around after i explained i was not happy, the man tried to make me keep the item and change the conditions of use for it and bribe me with a discount, the item didn't go so why would i want to pay nearly $500 for an item that did exactly what a cheap fan would do? After speaking with a man today, and expressing my frustration about the excuses and muck around i received, he red me the terms and conditions of returned items and it was at that moment i realized it was at my own cost to send the item back, and even though he extended my money back guarantee time, i felt the least they could do was pay for the item to be shipped back because i did not receive what i ordered. Now i am angry, he sent me an email with the return details and terms and also sent me another email asking if i change my mind and choose to keep it, or pass it onto a friend they will take $150 off the price? Why would i want to give this unit to someone else or keep it if it doesn't perform as it says on tv? NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I bought 3 items from tv shop Nz and after 3 weeks I spoke to one of the staff who agreed to give me a further discount and advised me that I need to continue using the product for few months in order to get better results but when I rung them back I get told a staff will be in touch within 24 hrs but no one ever calls back and when you try to get back to them I was told the same thing again that one of the staffs will get back to you in 24 hrs and it keeps going on cycle and I noticed they have already taken a deduction from the card number they took in the begining for sending the product on trial, just be warned and be careful not to buy any product from tv shop .

same thing happened to me. I phoned immediately after receiving the wrong items and was told someone would phone me back within 24hrs to arrange replacement of incorrect delivery item. Days later after not hearing from them I had to phone again and again. Eventually someone phoned and advised that they would not be doing the replacement of items and that if I returned the incorrect ones at my cost they may charge a re packing fee too.

These guys at the Tv Shop are liers and predators.A really sick friend ordered a walking machine from them and within a few hours decided against it so called and said she didnt want it.She stopped the credit card and told them not to send it.The lier told her to ring at 8.30 on the Monday which she did and they told her to call back in an hour. They hadnt sent it at all until during that hour they told her to wait.It arrived and and now these thieves want money from her to send it back which doesnt add up to me.I see they have a lot of complaints with the NZ Commerce Commision.Which I will be doing as well.LETS ALL DO THIS AND PUT THE LIERS AND THIEVES OUT OF BUSSINESS.
