The VFS Global website does not allow you to book appointments. It consistently says no appointments are available. You cannot turn up at their centres without an appointment. When phoning their helpline, you cannot get through. The phone is never answered. We've been trying for weeks to renew a passport and it seems impossible to use the service that VFS Global say they provide.

VFS Global Visa Service

I have file priority visa which comes in 5days working days but instead it came in 10 working days and my money got waste as i wanted the result in 5 working days for this they have charged me around 50 thousands for my priority visa. we are small person gathering money and you people do not understand how we have paid this money. I have paid for two application i want my refund for this.

Claimed loss: yes i wanted to claim my loss which just got wasted

Desired outcome: please refund my money

항상 빠른 FEED BACK 감사 드립니다.

문의사항은 제가 12월 14일 오후 2시에 NH 농협 은행 을 직접 방문 하여

별첨 화일과 같이 비자 수수료 ( FEE DEPOSIT SLIP )를 납부했는 데

아직 까지 활성화가

않되어서 인터뷰 예약 을 못하고 있습니다. 이의 확인 및 활성화 긴급 처리

We cancelled 3 priority service appointments booked through VFS Global, Colombo. We had to cancel the appointments and rebook after paying the relevant fees. When we cancelled the appointments we received emails from VFS Global confirming that the refund process started. However, to date (After 2 months) we have not received the refunds.

I paid for courier service but they could not issue the courier envelope for me to print so i could send my passport to their New York office I ended up paying another amount to get another courier service to send my passport to them. i was told by the ir customer service on phone that it was an error on their part because they were switching their courier...

I applied for my South African passport in December 2022 and they didn’t lodge my application until when we started enquiring about it in June 2023. South African passport application process takes up to 4months and my case is already in its 10th month and still no clear update from vfs global. I am in distress as I need my passport urgently. TS. I applied for my Schengen visa. Time given was upto 45 days and today it has passed 62 days and worst part is VFS does not have a clue when will they return my passport back. On the day of application in Melbourne they were understaffed and it took full day to submit the same application which was a printout of what was submitted on line into the embassy.

VFS Global service

The interview / advisor

shared misleading information and even solicited to contact outside vendor pay him 50 AED and obtain a insurance seal. when refused as my insurance had world coverage denied processing.

1. He first found the pic attached incorrect.

2. Then he had issue with standby ticket issued.

3. Then had issued with confirmed booking wanted payment receipt.

4. Then he had issue with non-objection letter my flydubai wanted an original seal .

5. Then he issue with insurance letter shared, wanted an official seal and solicited me to contact outside an outside vendor pay him 50 AED and obtain an insurance seal.

After disappearing for 30 minutes, he come back points 1,2,4 is ok but need the receipt and insurance. when I created an issue on his solication .. he denied me processing and refused to escalate this to his superiors.

It been 5 months of dillay dalling and with 2 phone one VFS but on a speaker and never responded. SLK20098758874

Desired outcome: get there act and strop putting me conference calls and processing my visa SLK20098758874

While booking an appointment to submit a visa application at Pakistan for South Africa, booking portal shows an appointment fee of PKR-50 but upon payment though credit/debit card they deduct USD-50 which is a huge difference and they charge hell a lot...
