VFS Global review: Delayed south african passport application

I applied for my South African passport in December 2022 and they didn’t lodge my application until when we started enquiring about it in June 2023.

South African passport application process takes up to 4months and my case is already in its 10th month and still no clear update from vfs global.

I am in distress as I need my passport urgently.
