non payment
I thought that Delaware was the only state not getting paid from Wellcheck. Now I find out it's nationwide! This company is a disgrace and Jack Tawil the CEO is a pig. I have called, emailed and faxed Wellcheck so many times! No one every replys. I am lucky as a nurse that I have a full time job. But, many who worked the clinics were out of work. Looking...

I was signed by a company to market a flu vaccination clinic that was to go up at malls throughout the US my mall was Grapevine Mills in Gapevine TX. I was to be promoting it for 6 weeks. I can't even tell you just how bad my experience was with this company but God knows I will try. WellCheck is the most unorganized companies I have ever worked for. They have absolutely no communication skills. I attempted to contact a Well Check employee many times throughout the day. They did not return any of my calls. I sat there for over ten hours babysitting the vaccines, doing nothing HOW CAN WE SELL if there is no nurse?!?! Only ten people approached the tables to try to get the shot. But even those people couldnt get serviced because I didnt have a nurse with me. I feel extremely disrespected and taken advantage AND NOW I have been waiting to receive my payment and am being told that because they (OR I) didn't sell enough shots I have to wait to be paid?! YAAA I don't think so. All I can do is post comments on this and wellcheck.org and hope that I get paid so I can pay my bills. Thanks WellCheck!

I was one of the nurses who worked for Wellcheck. I just contacted the labor department in Princeton, NJ. Contact Ron at [protected] ect 102. He is well aware of the situation. Im still awaiting payment as well. To contact this labor department you do not have to be a NJ resident.
