failure
At the beginning of the year 2014 I purchased two 75' x-hose pros and it took over 4 months to get them. Then after getting them I followed the instructions carefully and after only a couple of uses one of them burst while using it. It split from the brass cut-off fitting and ran down the hose a few feet. I am so discouraged because they lied about how good it was. I will never buy another nor will I recommend it to anyone else. They have good advertisements but very poor quality. I did not get my money worth! Everyone should BEWARE!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Breaks every time
I bought two of these X hose pro hoses at Costco. Within two months of purchase both hoses exploded. They weren't under too much pressure or left in the sun. They were just laying out there after washing my car. The first time it happened I thought it might just have been a defective hose I took it back and Costco and t replaced it. I used the second one 5 or 6 times before it exploded. I don't know why Costco carries such a bad product. I won't buy any more of these hoses in the future.
I bought two x hoses both 25 ft. They both developed leaks inside the hose. I told the manufacturer about the problem and they sent me two replacements but the two hoses did the very same thing. I extremely upset with quality of the hoses. I well never order these hoses again.
I love that the hose is light weight and contracts so I bought 2 (for length). One exploded and I did not have the receipt to return it so I replaced it, thinking the first was defective. Then the second exploded (and stupid me, I bought a third) and guess what? It exploded too. I am pissed. That's $150 worth of hose. Tried to get in touch with the customer service link on their web site and ... it redirects you to the page to purchase their product. Terrible strategy! Don't think I'll be buying another. I'll go back to the heavy, cumbersome, hard to put away hoses that don't explode.

Purchased X-Hose Pro after having the green ones split open. Only used the X-Hose Pro about 4 weeks and it is now split completely down the middle. I understand there is a return option on these hoses. Please send me the information to return these hoses. I purchased 4 75 ft. hoses. I am afraid to even attempt to use the others.
