ZML.com Pirated movies

How many would like to have to wait upwards of 9 hours to downlaod a movie well when you use ZML.COM get ready to wait at least that long or longer since I use a 6mbs download and whats worst is this butt wipes that work there could careless, before I could downlo0ad a move in about 15-20 minutes but seems that their crappy equipment is just that can't handle the traffic, you can write these butt wipes and no reply, it's like they don't speak English get it they are Russians ... well anyway these people can kiss my butt...

I wanted to see one movie for 99cents I gave them my credit card info and the next thing I'm upgraded to premium status without being able to get a refund and I tried within the terms of their policy thats states refunds are made within 3 days. Please look at this companys policy and demand they comply before they scam others out of their money! Thank you Lawrence Palmer

there tell u that u have ten days of trial to download, when u try downloading, they say the movie has to be one released prior to 2008 before u can download with the free trial. Then the give u an option to upgrade to premium membership. when you click on that that link to see how much it cost before u decide, you get charged $39.99 immediately. That is fraud!

Signed up for a one day trial and day later was charged $39.90, and then 2 days later charged 39.90 again. I canceled my account and have sent multiple e-mails about getting my money back with no response.

This company signs you up without even telling you the charges. They charged me $57.99. I canceled and they still charged me and deactivated me with out even one movie downloaded. Very bad business.

I have had trouble with downloading and their web site is down. Very concerned about the credibility and they have my credit card #. I intend to cancel.

This company's SKETCHY. I just got tricked into a $57 charge that i'll probably never see again.

totally agree...i got scammed the same way...i bought the trial version and when i wanted to download a hidef movie it said that i needed to upgrade...when i clicked on upgrade link to see how much it costs it pops up saying that u have succesfully activated your account and that i have been charged 39.00 EUR...wat the heck...and they aren't replying to my refund request...according to point 4.3 in their terms i can request a refund cause i have not bought any movies from them...but they have not replied to me so far...somebody help me out...

4 Refunds
4.1 The balance of cancelled account(s) is not refundable.
4.2 Payments are not refundable excluding the situation described in 4.3.
4.3 The Client can request a refund if he has added funds to his account by mistake and he hasn't made any purchases on the Site yet. Refund can be requested during 48 hours since his account was refilled. We will not issue a refund if Files are not compatible with the Client's multimedia device or/and software.
4.4 Refunds are issued within 1-2 business days since time requested.

yes they are a scam . they charged my account after 1 hr and I couldn't even
download one movie . please some one tell me what should I do to get my money back ?

ZML.com They took 57.45 out of my checking account

This website was offering 10 movies for.99. Not only did they take 57.45 out of my account but I did not even get one movie. When I try to log back in it gives me an error message

Rip-off ### took me for $53. Retuned nothing. Cannot contact through onling site. ITS A RIP-OFF--DO NOT EVEN GO TO THE SITE!

They ripped me off as well, I have sent numerous requests for refunds of payment and finally got a response saying it could take from a couple days to a couple of weeks for the funds to be released. I only signed up for the 99 cent trial though and feel greatly cheated. Could anyone with any information please contact me at jayyou22@yahoo.com!

I Signed up for the .99 cent 10-day trial version and they hit me with that damn hidden fee too. I tried to download one movie (which was even the right format, so I can't watch it anyway)I checked my account that same night and they had already taken 39.90 EUR out of my account! thats 54 dollars! this i madness! I got nothing from them and they took 54 bucks out of my account. Now (the next day) I'm trying to cancel the service but CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT, because there is no "survey" on the website (zml.com) like they told me in the email! this is such ###! does any one know how to cancel/terminate all accounts and services completely on zml.com?

I was charged over the weekend. I saw.a charge for 34.32 as a pending transsaction comming from a co. Called newkinocenter.com. my bank could not tell me who were these people. Well, after carefully searching the internet found out that this entity works with or is the same as zml.com. Now, I must say I have used them in the past no problem. And yes I had requested for the 24hr access only. It clearly says on their site no more no less for a 24r hr 10 downloads access. That was all I wanted, but, to my surprise they chaRged me for the montly service. That should have only happend if I had clicked on that button that says to upgrade to premium service for 233 downloads. But, I did not click on that button. Neatless to say, I was not able to download not even one movie. I was extreamly slow. So I just logged off. I have a recipt that says I paid for a 24 hr access only. Yet I was charged more than the .99 cents. I have immediately emailed them called my bank to report fraud my bank still paid them because they did get the authorization via web. They did indeed, but, only for .99 cents. There teerms and conditions clearly says subscription can be canceled within 24 to 48 hrs. Also says that they issue refund within 2 days of the reported incident. Its been much more than that and still no refund. They only sent me an email 2 days ago that the refund would take 5 to 7 days. Now you be the judge they have there own terms and conditions yet they don't abide by them! I paid for a movie download of .99; this included a FREE 10 day trial. The next day, $29.90 was placed on my credit card without my authorization. I've been getting the run around when I tried to get my refund. They refunded .90 to my credit card!
