unwarranted renewal/debit to my Wells Fargo account
On 3/5/2020 I purchased the PC Reviver River Soft software $54.99 (Cleverbridge Ref #[protected]) I installed it on my lap top. I wasn't happy with the software so I completely uninstalled it off of my hard drive within a couple of months of having it. I did some online research of my own and found out that the software was not really doing what it claimed to do. I contacted the company and said that I uninstalled everything and did not need or want the software, so I cancelled the account... so I thought. Now, I see a year later that they have debited my Wells Fargo account yet again. I need a complete refund of the $79.98 that was debited to my account on 3/5/2021.
Thank you for your help. I hope I won't have to go through this again next year.
Et du produit, et du service.
This product is close to a ponzy, in the sense that they are free to offer what they pretend a good protection and improvement to my pc, and in fact, it turns out that all they are there for is not for customers nor the customers' pcs, but only to collect our $. It does not improve performance on my pc nor does it make me feel secure. The only moments you notice they are in your pc, is like, say when you turn it on and expect to be ready to roll for whatever you need to do, but instead of being ready, their pop-up window comes dancing like a toreador with his red cape to make the bull go fuming with rage. For the last scenario, it is ok that it turns out like this. The assistance payed for it. But when you get to be the bull, just staring at their little blue star turning from left to right with a little mention at the low part of that window, to warn you they are 'working' in order to make a very patient person out of you, well, that is torture to stare at it for long periods of time, and this looks like provocation to us, their wages furnishers. Now I know that we have 30 days after last payment of a contract to ask for a refund. So this is why I am writing to you aboutthis. By the way, I did not see improvement of speed like they said. Rather longer to start you pc, in the first place. Is there someone to kick [censored] here somewhere, to stop them from making us like 'raging bulls'in front of our screens... Pierre jean
Desired outcome: Refund of my $43 or so , nothing less!!

Today is Sunday 12/06/2020 I received an invoice today for $49.99, from a company I have never heard of before Reviver Soft. They say I ordered this on 12/06/2019. Under the heading: Your subscription. By clicking on this link tells me to delete the old download, after deleting, download the new file. I have never even downloaded this file so how can I delete what I have never had on my computer. I am going to my bank in the morning as I believe this is a fraudulent scam. I have to report this to my bank as it is a debit card, I have to request a new one. Please Find enclosed a 3 page file of this invoice.
Thank you Arthur Winfield

ReviverSoft as a website that uses an external review system. While this can provide valuable feedback and insights, it's important to carefully evaluate the source of the reviews and take them with a grain of salt.
We looked up ReviverSoft and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While ReviverSoft has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 10 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- ReviverSoft protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to ReviverSoft. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.

I am complaining about two charges on February 23, 2020
I was trying to install my new (Vivitar XX14) camera. I tried to follow the directions, but wound up installing the wrong company TWICE. I have my account with Driver Support One, and it has been there since 2018. I am not very computer literate, and I cannot figure how I got where I got.
Please advise CBI that the two invoices:
Inv. #BKD-[protected] in the amount of $34.99
Inv. #BKD-[protected] in the amount of $69.99
were in error and the programs have been elimated from my computer.

they caused me nothing but trouble!
I bought this ReviverSoft program and installed it on my PC and it caused me nothing but trouble. Customer service never replied no matter how hard I've tried to contact them. I wanted to get a refund but had to give up.
Then I tried to uninstall this software from my PC and wasn't able to do that! I just can't get rid of it and don't know what to do. I think that the only way is to reinstall the entire system. They caused me nothing but headache! Avoid ReviverSoft at all costs!
a purchase of a registry reviver: 29.99$ cad.
Some months ago, I bought from ReviverSoft a registry reviver at 29.99$ CAD. But I can not use it because this item does not work with my new Windows 10. It works only with Windows 7 and Windows 8. I asked ReviverSoft to cancel my purchase and refund my money. But this Company did not answer to my Emails.Tell me if you can contact this Company about that and ask if It will refund my money.
the program isn't so good and no support from team
I decided to try the program from www.reviversoft.com. I downloaded it and started to scan my computer, but the program didn’t remove all scam programs and errors. Therefore, I tried to contact support team and get some info about the program, but no one responded to my emails. Seriously, it was the worst experience and program, which I have ever used before. Don’t try it.
I recently found the website www.reviversoft.com and decided to download the program, which would help me to clean my computer and delete all bad things. At the beginning everything was fine, but later the program started to show fake errors, which weren’t exist on my computer. I posted my complaint on their website, but they didn’t help me to solve my problem, they only posted their regrets. Please leave your comments, but I won’t recommend this website.
their program required code, but the seller didn't warn me about it
I paid money for the program, which I found on the website www.reviversoft.com. I was so disappointed, because the program was fake and it required some additional code, which the seller of course hasn’t given me. He told to pay about $200 for the code. Seriously, it was too much, so I asked to return money back or I would call the police. They still haven’t returned money, but I already spoke with the officer. Soon they will close this company.
UNAUTHORISED DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT
Totally frustrated with above company continuing to debit my account for services/protection that I did not request - August 25th,2022 - amount of $45.31 AUD. Have lodged a email outlining my concern to said company to no avail. Totally unacceptable. G.Adlam, Melbourne Australia.
I have not received product for the $37.09 I paid.
I have bought and paid for this product with no update.I would require a full refund as it is within the money back guarantee agreement.I would appreciate an early refund back to my PayPal account.
I do have proof of purchase with paypal.
I purchased this product from you on 17/11/2019.
This programme is asking me to register as I have already done this if I continue it asks me for a payment. As I said before I have already paid for this via my paypal acc on the 17/11/2019.
