Reward Zone USA runs a program called Uplevel Rewards. In this program the participant completes "deals" to earn a dollar amount reward on a tier system. To get rewarded $1000, the participant has to complete 25 deals on 5 different levels. This is my third year participating. This year was much the same except the program was a lot more problematic. Deals notoriously do not automatically apply credit for completed deals. According to the rules, a wait period of 5 days is imposed before a participant can contact customer service for their credit. They have to submit proof and then their credit is applied. Well, I had to submit proof on several deals on levels 4 and 5 due to the system not updating or crediting deals to the wrong level. Now, I have completed 25 deals, but they will not credit my last two deals that I have submitted proof of completing so that I can receive my $1000 reward. They are claiming that I will not receive anymore "courtesy" credits. Note, no one gets courtesy credits. You have to complete a deal and submit the proof that you've completed the deal if it didn't update automatically. Apparently, they have capped me off, telling me that no more credits will be applied to my account despite the fact that I have provided proof that I've completed these deals. Further, I was told I can complete more deals but unless they "naturally" update I won't get the credit for them. Let me mention, that little provision is nowhere in any of their rules or disclaimers. So, I completed a new deal and guess what, it gave me credit to the wrong level. However, I have to wait 5 days before knowing whether it will update or not eventually. I have contacted customer service several times only to get form letter responses. None of them resolving the issue. Again, this capping off of credits is not listed anywhere in the disclaimers for the program. This is apparently something that just got made up because people are having problems with the system not automatically applying credits when they're completing deals. Courtesy is when a person doesn't complete the deal and you still give them the credit. Courtesy is not when a person completes the deal, submits proof, and credit is applied. Those are the rules. The participant shouldn't be penalized because Uplevel or Reward Zone USA system doesn't work like it's supposed to. Reward Zone USA knows that there is a problem with their system not always updating the credits automatically which is why they have a provision for you to submit proof in various ways in order for your credit to be applied.
Desired outcome: I want my credits applied for the deals that I have completed per the program's requirements. I did everything I was supposed to do to earn the $1000 reward.
